O jornal Diário do Nordeste, que integra o Sistema Verdes Mares (SVM) de comunicação, realizará a Feira Mulher em Foco no próximo sábado, 7 de outubro, das 17h às 22h, na Praça Luíza Távora, conhecida como Praça da Ceart (Central de Artesanato do Ceará), em Fortaleza (CE). O evento é aberto ao público e gratuito.
Os visitantes poderão conferir 22 estandes de mulheres empreendedoras expondo e comercializando produtos de diversas áreas, como gastronomia, moda, artesanato, acessórios, entre outros. “Estamos levando a Feira Mulher em Foco para o coração da Aldeota, bairro com população de considerável poder aquisitivo, dando essa valiosa oportunidade de visibilidade e vendas a empreendedoras da periferia”, ressalta Tayro Mendonça, gerente de planejamento, eventos e gestão do SVM.
Além disso, será oferecido ao público feminino o serviço de design de sobrancelhas, gratuitamente, no estande Espaço da Beleza. Quem atuará nessa tarefa de realçar a beleza do olhar serão 15 mulheres capacitadas pela Feira, que receberão os certificados na ocasião.
No estande da Ceart, parceira nesta edição do evento, estará disponível a emissão de identidade artesanal. Programas sociais do serviço público na área do artesanato também serão evidenciados, como o Projeto Arte em Cadeia, com produções de internos do sistema penitenciário; o Programa Nossas Guerreiras; e o Projeto Costurando o Futuro.
A programação cultural traz como destaques a DJ Maria Tavares; o Grupo Superação, formado por mais de 60 mulheres da melhor idade que dançam; e o Coletivo Batuque de Mulher, composto por mais de 30 mulheres de vários bairros da periferia de Fortaleza que tocam instrumentos de percussão.
A Feira Mulher em Foco faz parte do Projeto Elas, uma iniciativa do SVM que tem o objetivo de combater a violência doméstica promovendo o empreendedorismo feminino para que as mulheres conquistem independência financeira.
