Com abertura nesta sexta-feira, 28, em Guaramiranga, o 26º Festival Jazz & Blues tem programação até terça-feira de Carnaval

A partir de segunda-feira, 24, já tem programação com as atividades do Música é para a Vida, projeto de formação do Festival. Na terça-feira, 25, será exibido o documentário “A Música Natureza de Léa Freire” de Lucas Weglinski.

 

Com shows, bate-papos com atrações, oficinas, seminários e ações ambientais, o Festival Jazz & Blues chega à 26ª edição com abertura nesta sexta-feira, 28 de fevereiro, seguindo até terça-feira de Carnaval, 04 de março, em Guaramiranga, e no domingo, 02 de março, também em Fortaleza. São 17 atrações cearenses, nacionais e internacionais, somando 19 shows, além de apresentações de alunos e professores do Música é para a Vida, projeto de formação do Festival que inicia nesta segunda-feira, 24.

 

Realizando dez oficinas diferentes de instrumentos e teoria, e quatro de práticas de conjunto para alunos já inscritos, o projeto Música é para a Vida conta com programação artística aberta ao público. Na terça-feira, 25, às 20h no Teatro Rachel de Queiroz, será exibido o documentário “A Música Natureza de Léa Freire” de Lucas Weglinski, que entrou em circulação nacional em julho de 2024, com distribuição pelas capitais brasileiras e participação em festivais de países como Portugal, Estados Unidos, Coreia e Japão.

 

Na quarta e quinta-feira, dias 26 e 27, também às 20h no Teatro Rachel de Queiroz, acontece, respectivamente, o “Encontro dos Mestres”, que é a jam session dos professores do projeto, e o “Sons na Roda”, a jam session dos alunos. São professores do projeto nesta edição os músicos Carol Panesi, Alisson Felix, Fábio Leal, Dany Danttas, Juvêncio Linhares, Gabriel Geszti e Rodrigo Digão Braz. A coordenação pedagógica é do flautista Heriberto Porto, professor do Curso de Música da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (Uece).

 

Em Guaramiranga, na quinta-feira, 27, acontece também o 2º Seminário da Rede de Festivais de Arte e Cultura do Ceará (REDE FACE), que congrega hoje mais de 60 festivais culturais do Estado e trabalha para que o papel e a importância dos festivais sejam devidamente compreendidos pela sociedade. Será no IFCE Campus Guaramiranga, com duas mesas-redondas pela manhã. Às 9h30, o tema será “Economia Criativa dos Festivais de Arte e Cultura” e, às 11h, “Estudos sobre os impactos socioeconômicos dos festivais de arte”.

 

ABERTURA NA SEXTA-FEIRA, 28

 

Na sexta-feira, 28, o Teatro Rachel de Queiroz receberá a programação de abertura do 26º Festival Jazz & Blues, a partir das 19 horas. O Projeto Música é Para a Vida apresenta o resultado da oficina Prática de Conjunto ministrada pelos professores Rodrigo “Digão” Braz e Fábio Leal. Depois, o palco será das duas primeiras atrações convidadas desta edição. Carol Panesi Trio apresenta o show “Natureza é Casa” com Carol Panesi (violino, piano, voz), Fábio Leal (guitarra) e Rodrigo Digão Braz (bateria) com um repertório autoral, entrelaçando criatividade, improvisação, brasilidade e virtuosismo. Em seguida, a cantora Claudine sobe ao palco do teatro com o show “Raiz Exposta”, que vai do jazz e do blues ao classic rock, fazendo a ponte com a música brasileira.

 

Com exceção das oficinas, que são para alunos já inscritos, todas as atividades do Festival são abertas ao público, livres para todas as idades, com acesso gratuito, sem retirada de ingressos antecipados. O público é convidado a doar 1Kg de alimento por pessoa. Todo o material arrecadado será direcionado para o programa Ceará sem Fome, do Governo do Estado.

 

O 26º Festival Jazz & Blues é uma realização do Ministério da Cultura e da Via de Comunicação, com apoio cultural da Enel Distribuição e Cegás, patrocínio do Instituto Cultural Vale, do Banco do Nordeste e da Casa Pio, por meio da Lei Federal de Incentivo à Cultura. SEMINÁRIOS NO SÁBADO E NO DOMINGO

 

Nesta edição, como parte da programação do Música é para a Vida, dois seminários vão acontecer na sede da Associação dos Amigos da Arte de Guaramiranga (AGUA). No Sábado, às 9h, o tema será “A música no Ceará: desafios e perspectivas”, com a participação de Maria Amélia Mamede, idealizadora e diretora do Festival Jazz & Blues; Dalwton Moura, jornalista, músico e produtor cultural; e Amaudson Ximenes, presidente do Sindicato dos Músicos do Ceará (Sindimuce). No domingo, também às 9h, o assunto será “Festivais de Música: um patrimônio cultural”, com a participação de Heriberto Porto; Cris Vale, Analista de Projetos Culturais na Secult-CE; e Maria Amélia Mamede.

 

CAFÉ NO TOM NAS MANHÃS DE SÁBADO A SEGUNDA-FEIRA

 

É tradição do Festival Jazz & Blues, nas manhã de sábado, domingo e segunda-feira, o Café no Tom. Trata-se de um bate-papo ao ar livre, cada dia com um ou mais artistas que vão se apresentar no fim de tarde ou à noite no palco da Cidade Jazz & Blues. O jornalista, músico, produtor cultural e membro da curadoria do Festival, Dalwton Moura, é quem comanda a conversa com os convidados, com participação também da plateia. No sábado, o encontro será com o acordeonista Adelson Viana, no domingo com o gaitista Maurício Einhorn e, na segunda-feira, com o compositor Fausto Nilo. Os três e a instrumentista Léa Freire serão homenageados pelo Festival nesta edição.  Nos três dias será às 11h, na Praça do Teatro Municipal.

 

SHOWS DE SÁBADO NA CIDADE JAZZ & BLUES

 

A Cidade Jazz & Blues, estrutura erguida anualmente no espaço do Estádio Municipal Jean Bardawil, em Guaramiranga, será palco das atrações no sábado, no domingo e na segunda-feira.

 

No sábado, dia 1º de março, a sessão do fim de tarde começa às 16h30 com apresentação dos alunos de Carol Panesi na oficina de Prática de Conjunto. Em seguida, mais dois shows de atrações convidadas. As cantoras Ângela Lopes, Mariana Lima e Raara Rodrigues, apresentam o show “Elas, o Ceará e o Jazz” e, na sequência a atração é Léa Freire Quarteto, formado por Léa Freire (piano), Heriberto Porto (flauta), Fernando Brandt (contrabaixo) e Michael da Silva (bateria). Mas antes do show, o Festival homenageará Léa Freire.

 

Com o show “Samba e Amor – Homenagem a Chico Buarque”, o contrabaixista Jorge Helder abre a sessão das 21h ao lado dos cantores Filó Machado e Vanessa Moreno e dos instrumentistas Thiago Almeida (piano), Stenio Gonçalves (guitarra) e Michael da Silva (bateria). O show seguinte é “Afinidades”, apresentado por Adelson Viana, Cristóvão Bastos e Cainã Cavalcante. Antes, o acordeonista, compositor e arranjador cearense Adelson Viana receberá homenagem do Festival.

 

DOMINGO EM GUARAMIRANGA E FORTALEZA

 

A sessão das 16h30 de domingo, 02, será aberta com a apresentação dos alunos de Prática de Conjunto do professor Juvêncio Linhares. Depois, tem blues no fim de tarde com Caike Falcão apresentando o show “Meus heróis da guitarra” e Claudette King solta a voz em canções de sua autoria e músicas consagradas por seu pai, BB King, e outros grandes nomes do blues, ao lado de Bruno Marques Band.

 

Quem abre a sessão das 21h é um dos maiores nomes da gaita do País, Maurício Einhorn, que será homenageado no palco da Cidade Jazz & Blues. Em seguida, à frente do Maurício Einhorn Quarteto apresenta o show “Batida Diferente, Três Gerações”, ao lado de Adriano de Souza (piano), Jefferson Lescowich (contrabaixo) e Anderson Maia (bateria). O cearense Marcos Lessa fecha a programação da noite com o show “Saudades do Brasil – Marcos Lessa canta Elis Regina”.

 

Em Fortaleza, também no domingo, 02, o Festival estará no Museu da Imagem e do Som às 18h com duas atrações. A programação começa com o show “Afinidades”, de Adelson Viana, Cristovão Bastos e Cainã Cavalcante, e encerra com “Encontro Cuba-Venezuela-Brasil”, apresentado por Yudith Rojas (Cuba) & Niccole Meza (Venezuela) Sexteto.

 

FESTIVAL SEGUE NA CIDADE JAZZ & BLUES NA SEGUNDA-FEIRA

 

O pianista André Mehmari, de Niterói, abre a sessão do fim de tarde na segunda-feira, 03, na Cidade Jazz & Blues. Ele apresenta às 17h “Choros & Pianos”, ao lado de Edu Ribeiro (bateria) e Thiago Espírito Santo (contrabaixo elétrico). Em seguida, o Festival leva ao palco o show “Encontro Cuba-Venezuela-Brasil”, apresentado por duas jovens instrumentistas de jazz da América Latina, Yudith Rojas (Cuba) e Niccole Meza (Venezuela). Com Yudith Rojas (trombone) e Niccole Meza (trompete) estarão no palco Raphael dos Santos (violão), Miguel Dias (baixo), Jéssica Zarpey (percussão) e Lourenço Vasconcelos (bateria).

 

Apresentando o show “Especial Djavan”, o pianista carioca Jonathan Ferr, inicia a sessão das 21h com seu estilo inconfundível de urban jazz, em uma sonoridade futurista, com blend de neo soul, hip hop, jazz fusion. E a noite termina na Cidade Jazz & Blues ao som de Fausto Nilo, com o show “Além desse futuro”, muito bem acompanhado por Alex Ramon (violão e guitarra), Tito Freitas (piano) e os amigos Jorge Helder (baixo acústico) e Mingo Araújo (percussão). Antes, ele será homenageado no palco do Festival.

 

TERÇA-FEIRA A PROGRAMAÇÃO É DE MANHÃ

 

As duas igrejas localizadas no Centro de Guaramiranga vão receber atrações do Festival na manhã de terça-feira. Às 9h, na Igreja da Gruta, o violonista Alisson Felix, influenciado musicalmente pela obra de Guinga, apresenta “Cheio de Dedos”, em homenagem ao compositor e violonista carioca, acompanhado pelo baixista Juvêncio Linhares. Às 11h, o Duo-Denny-Maia, formado por Marcos Maia e Denny Almeida, apresenta repertório de arranjos e composições autorais em gêneros de música instrumental brasileira, como baião, samba, choro, MPB, além de interpretações de jazz, blues, flamenco, latinos e música cigana.

 

E na Praça Municipal de Guaramiranga, às 10h, o grupo Dona Zefinha apresenta “Ch@furdo”, um divertido espetáculo cênico-musical para todas as idades.

 

AÇÕES AMBIENTAIS

 

O Festival Jazz & Blues é parceiro da Secretaria do Meio Ambiente e Mudança do Clima (SEMA), do Governo do Estado do Ceará, e da Prefeitura Municipal de Guaramiranga na realização de ações ambientais de sábado a segunda-feira, dias 1, 2 e 3. É uma forma de estimular os visitantes a conhecerem a biodiversidade do Maciço de Baturité e saberem da importância em preservá-la.

 

Esta programação conta com Observação de Aves nos três dias às 6h30 da manhã, no Refúgio da Vida Silvestre Periquito Cara Suja – REVIS, Exposição Previna também nos três dias, às 14h, na Praça do Teatro Municipal de Guaramiranga, Blitz Ecológica no sábado, às 15h, na entrada da cidade, e Mutirão de Limpeza no Pico Alto, no domingo, às 9h da manhã.
