O ano novo já chegou com um peso novo para o bolso do cidadão. No Ceará, o mês de janeiro já trará um aumento significativo na conta de água. O reajuste de 3,55% foi aprovado pela Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos Delegados do Estado do Ceará (Arce), e será aplicado de forma linear, em todas as categorias de consumo.
Além dos próprios consumidores, alguns setores também sofrem com o aumento, como é o caso do condominial. Por esse motivo, há a necessidade de promover o consumo consciente e responsável de água, sendo essa uma responsabilidade compartilhada por síndicos, condôminos, funcionários e administradoras.
“Além daqueles que administram os condomínios, é importante que haja uma sensibilização de moradores para o uso consciente da água, principalmente aqueles que não possuem medição individualizada, uma vez que a cobrança é rateada entre todos os condôminos”, explica o presidente Associação das Administradoras de Condomínios do Estado do Ceará (Adconce), Marcus Melo.
Ele aponta que entre medidas para diminuir o consumo individual estão ações que podem gerar ainda mais economia ao final de cada mês, como ter atenção aos vazamentos em casa, lavar diversas roupas de só uma vez, tomar banhos mais curtos, fechar a torneira enquanto escova os dentes ou faz a barba, dentre outras.
Ainda segundo Marcus Melo, levar a questão para as reuniões de condomínio, espalhar cartazes e fazer uma campanha efetiva pode auxiliar na mobilização dos moradores.
“Os condomínios podem e devem implantar medidas para economizar água, afinal, na maior parte deles, as contas de água e de energia elétrica costumam responder por cerca de 20% do orçamento, representando o segundo de maior peso e perdendo apenas para a folha de pagamento”, explica o presidente da Adconce.
