Grupo Nosso Lar realiza programação gratuita e online para falar sobre saúde mental e autocuidado

Janeiro é sempre um mês em que as pessoas estão mais abertas a fazerem as mudanças que planejaram em dezembro. Entre as principais resoluções na virada de ano, está o desejo de cuidar mais de si mesmo. Acompanhando esse cenário, o ano inicia com a campanha do Janeiro Branco que tem como objetivo chamar atenção para as questões relacionadas à saúde mental e emocional.

 

De acordo com a Dra. Daphinis Brito, diretora clínica do Nosso Lar Hospital, a saúde mental é uma parte essencial da saúde como um todo e pode atingir todos os âmbitos da vida de uma pessoa. “Entre as dicas para cuidar da mente estão praticar exercícios físicos regularmente, dormir o suficiente, manter uma dieta saudável, manter relações sociais saudáveis, aprender a gerenciar o estresse e buscar ajuda profissional quando necessário”, explica.

 

Com o propósito de estimular o autocuidado, o Grupo Nosso Lar, composto pelo Nosso Lar Hospital e Nosso Lar Espaço Terapêutico, realiza a campanha “Cuidar Inspira” com uma programação especial em alusão ao Janeiro Branco com transmissão ao vivo no Instagram @nossolarhospital. A abertura das atividades acontece no dia 05/01, às 12h, com a live “Vamos começar 2023 com a saúde mental em dia?” que terá a participação de Robert Saraiva, psicólogo e co-autor do ebook sobre autocuidado, juntamente com a Dra. Nadia Fortaleza, médica psiquiatra do Nosso Lar Hospital, e mediação de Fred Bastos, diretor administrativo do Nosso Lar Hospital.

 

No dia 10, às 12h, a diretora de desenvolvimento humano do Grupo Nosso Lar, Indira Guimarães, irá mediar a live “A importância do autocuidado para a saúde mental” com a presença de Bea Bragion, treinadora comportamental de alta performance, especialista em fisiologia do exercício, comportamento e emoções; e da médica psiquiatra, Dra. Germana Barros.

 

Para falar sobre a conexão das emoções nos aspectos físico e mental e de que forma tudo pode haver uma somatização, acontece, no dia 19, a live “Quando o corpo reflete as dores da mente” com a Dra. Nadia Fortaleza, médica psiquiatra do Nosso Lar Hospital, e Indira Guimarães, especialista em desenvolvimento humano, educadora executiva, mestre em gestão de negócios, professora e analista comportamental. O encontro terá mediação de Cristiane Buhamra, coordenadora do núcleo de Educação do Grupo Nosso Lar.

O encerramento da programação acontece no dia 24 com a live que traz como temática “Os benefícios da atividade física para a saúde mental” com Dani Aragão, educadora física do Nosso Lar Espaço Terapêutico, e da Dra. Yasmim Fortaleza, médica psiquiatra, tendo mediação de Rute Maria, terapeuta ocupacional do Nosso Lar Espaço Terapêutico.

 

Além da programação online, o Nosso Lar Hospital também irá promover atividades presenciais desenvolvidas com pacientes, familiares e colaboradores da instituição nos dias 09, 10, 23 e 24/01, entre elas rodas de conversas com o tema “Autocuidado e Saúde emocional”; escuta clínica com psicólogos e dia de beleza.

 

A médica psiquiatra, Dra. Daphinis Brito, alerta ainda para a importância de quem estiver passando por dificuldades emocionais procurar ajuda profissional. “Existem muitos recursos disponíveis, incluindo terapia e grupos de apoio, que podem ajudar a lidar com esses problemas de forma saudável. Cuide-se”, diz.
