Comemorado neste domingo (10), o Dia dos Pais deve reunir famílias de todo o Brasil em torno da mesa. Mais do que uma simples refeição, o momento tem ganhado um novo significado em diversos lares: a cozinha se tornou um espaço de convivência, afeto e partilha entre pais e filhos.
O professor de artes marciais Roberto Novaes, pai de três meninas, é um exemplo desse movimento. Aos domingos, ele comanda o preparo da tradicional macarronada da família, um prato que, segundo ele, já virou ritual. “Na cozinha, é o momento em que todos estão juntos. A gente fica conversando, trocando experiências”, conta.
O segredo do prato, diz Roberto, está no molho caseiro, que leva tomate fresco, cebola, alho e um toque de ketchup Minhoto, responsável por dar sabor especial à receita. A filha mais velha, Maria Fernanda, costuma ajudar no preparo. “É uma receita simples e prática, mas o segredo mesmo está no molho. Elas pedem esse prato por causa dele”, afirma.
Diante das rotinas aceleradas e da presença constante das telas, a cozinha tem ganhado um papel importante como espaço de encontro e diálogo. Para Roberto, cozinhar é também um jeito de exercer a paternidade com presença e cuidado. “Ser pai para mim é responsabilidade, amor e carinho. Eu transformo isso na cozinha também e no afeto com as minhas filhas”, diz.
