O professor, contador e membro da Academia Cearense de Ciências Contábeis, Fellipe Guerra, apresenta seu segundo livro “Caminhos do Empreendedorismo” nesta próxima terça-feira 25, às 19h. O Coquetel de lançamento da obra será realizado na BS Design na avenida Desembargador Moreira, 1300. Caminhos do Empreendedorismo é um livro  voltado para empreendedores ou aspirantes a empreendedores e foi elaborado por Fellipe (coordenador científico da obra), com co-autoria de seus sócios, Vitória Leal, Rondinelly Coelho e Marcos Lima.

“Nosso objetivo é levar o máximo de experiência prática, dicas e insights para que os empreendedores consigam tirar as ideias do papel  e colocarem, de verdade, em execução. A gente sai do âmbito romantizado do empreendedorismo como sendo tudo fácil e entra em um aspecto bem operacional mesmo. Falamos para o leitor sobre a importância de legalizar uma empresa, sobre a necessidade de ter uma gestão fiscal, contábil e de pessoas, assim como possuir um setor de marketing e comercial. Neste livro, vamos além do empreendedorismo motivacional, mostramos para quem realmente quer empreender os caminhos práticos para quem deseja montar um negócio e ter um empreendimento de sucesso”, comenta o professor.

Fellipe explica que o livro vem sendo idealizado há muitos anos e a inspiração para escrever a obra parte da rotina diária em que ele e seus sócios estão inseridos, com o contato direto com empresários, com a prestação de consultoria oferecida pela Compliance Contabilidade. O contador afirma já  ter vivenciado muitas dores dos empresários, muitos erros dos empreendedores, assim como muitos acertos. “O que a gente observa é que as pessoas que conseguem ter sucesso, são geralmente, aquelas que se preparam mais, e que colocam esses ensinamento que mostramos no livro em prática”, destaca, Fellipe.

A obra está dividida em capítulos que vão trabalhar temas voltados para a gestão. Primeiramente os autores iniciam explicando que o empreendedorismo é para qualquer pessoa que tenha coragem e disposição para colocar suas ideias, sonhos e objetivos em prática, para posteriormente adentrar os aspectos de fins práticos para nortear o empreendedor. Nas seções Gestão financeira do negócio – para que o empreendedor possa avaliar se o empreendimento dá lucro ou prejuízo; Gestão fiscal – como escolher a forma correta de tributação, como deve se preparar para pagar os impostos; Gestão de pessoas – como contratar profissionais, formalizar a contratação; Departamento comercial – a importância de ter vendas, processos bem estruturados; Setor de marketing – como atrair os clientes. O livro é finalizando abordando o tema “Tendências de Mercado”.

O livro Caminhos do Empreendedorismo ainda não está disponível para o mercado. A obra trata-se de uma edição especial, sendo neste primeiro momento destinada a presentear clientes, parceiros e prospects (futuros clientes).

Sobre  o autor e coordenador do livro, Felipe Guerra

Fellipe é um dos principais professores nas áreas contábil e tributária do Brasil com mais de 12 anos de experiência em contabilidade e gestão tributária. Já ministrou palestras em mais de 21 estados brasileiros. Contador e autor do Livro “Descomplicando o SPED”, Tributarista Formado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Planejamento Tributário – IBPT, Mestre em Administração e Controladoria pela Universidade Federal do Ceará – UFC e faz doutorado em Ciências da Informação na Universidade Fernando Pessoa em Portugal.
