“Um rolezinho pelo lado selvagem” descreve em poesia 75 anos de seu autor, o psiquiatra e artista Luiz Teixeira Neto. Em 31 poemas, o autor revela os seus amores, as dores, o tesão e a paixão, que não se resume a amorosa. Ao som do DJ Alan Morais, a obra será lançada no dia 31 de Agosto, a partir das 11h, no Florida Bar.
O livro “é uma síntese de uma vida marcada não só pela poesia, mas pela coragem de experimentar e explorar abismos para, sem disfarces, poder apresentar o outro lado, o avesso das coisas e o rosto atrás das máscaras”, revela o autor. Com ilustrações do diretor de arte Saul Ferreira, que foram escolhidas cuidadosamente, os poemas retratam diferentes épocas e situações existenciais.
Entre as temáticas abordadas, destaca-se as angústias políticas dos difíceis anos de 60, 70, os dilemas pessoais dos anos 80, 90, 2000 e a importância de suas musas, os afetos trocados com suas parcerias de sonho e de vida. “Esse livro é apenas um delírio poético. Uma ficção e realidade. Fala sobre sexo e drogas, como algo que foi bastante intenso na minha geração”, releva Luiz Teixeira.
Sobre o autor
Luiz Teixeira Neto, 75 anos, é médico psiquiatra e literato. Em 1983 lançou em livro um ensaio médico/científico que considera sua estreia na literatura. O título do livro é A Dialética da doença e outros temas correlatos. Em 2007 lançou o livro bissextos, uma coletânea de poesias. Posteriormente publicou vários poemas em antologias e revistas literárias. Em 2014 lançou uma plaquete com o título: Um rolezinho pelo lado selvagem, que agora se transformou em livro.
