A Doc Trattoria & Wine Bar, próximo lançamento de culinária italiana na cidade de Fortaleza, fez negócio semana passada com a Opção Distribuidora para garantir a maior cartela de vinhos do Ceará. O empreendimento faz parte da parceria entre os empresários gastronômicos Lissandro Turatti, proprietário da Cervejaria Turatti, e Luca Lunghi, do restaurante La Bella Itália.
“Nós queremos trazer uma nova proposta para os apreciadores da enogastronomia, uma experiência completa no mundo dos vinhos, aliada a uma culinária italiana de excelência para proporcionar uma viagem fascinante a Itália no estilo DOC. Por isso, estamos buscando os melhores para fazer parte da Doc Trattoria & Wine Bar”, afirma Lissandro Turatti.
A nova casa vai ter referência das melhores trattorias da capital paulista nos ingredientes e nas receitas de alta qualidade, além do wine bar com inspiração italiana e grande variedade de vinhos no coração do bairro Varjota, na capital cearense. O novo restaurante deve ser inaugurado até o final de fevereiro.
