Em parceria com o projeto Resíduo Tecnológico Sustentável, a ibyte lança uma exposição de esculturas produzidas com lixo eletrônico nesta sexta-feira (16). A iniciativa, que faz parte do projeto ibyte Futuro, ocorrerá na loja do Shopping Iguatemi Bosque. A mostra estará aberta para visitação gratuita das 10h às 22h até domingo (18). Em seguida, a exposição será inaugurada no North Shopping Jóquei entre os dias 22 e 25 de setembro; e no RioMar Fortaleza, em datas a definir no mês de outubro.

As obras de arte representam animais, brinquedos, chaveiros, jogos educativos, objetos decorativos, utilitários, mesas de jogos interativos e em design de predisposição à robótica. O artista plástico e técnico em informática Sérgio Lima foi o responsável pelo projeto de curadoria da mostra.

O diretor de marketing da ibyte, Nelson Gurgel, destaca sobre os projetos e parcerias do ibyte Futuro, com ações que agregam ao meio ambiente. “Assim como toda a nossa marca, o ibyte Futuro busca fortalecer a sustentabilidade e a responsabilidade social. O projeto Resíduo Tecnológico Sustentável casa perfeitamente com nossa proposta, recolhendo e dando nova vida aos eletrônicos”, declara.

A exposição é totalmente gratuita, e, durante o momento, a ibyte reforça outras ações que já acontecem no dia a dia da empresa, através do projeto ibyte Futuro. Uma delas é o recolhimento de pilhas e baterias para o descarte correto, presente em todas as lojas da marca. Há, também, em algumas lojas de Fortaleza, a coleta de equipamentos eletrônicos – usados, quebrados ou novos – para doação ao Instituto Idear, que utiliza esses itens para promover cursos e workshops a pessoas de baixa renda em Maracanaú que são preparadas para o mercado de trabalho.

Projeto Resíduo Tecnológico Sustentável
O Projeto nasceu através do artista plástico Sérgio Lima, com o intuito de proporcionar à comunidade um ambiente limpo e agradável, destacando a importância de cuidar e preservar o meio ambiente, melhorando a vida das pessoas. O projeto tem como dever disseminar atitudes sustentáveis, como a reciclagem do lixo tecnológico.

Dentre as ações desenvolvidas pelo Projeto, estão oficinas de reuso e reutilização de resíduos tecnológicos, promovendo a inclusão socioambiental, econômica e o empoderamento dos jovens, bem como a implantação de jardim/horta vertical sustentável, adoção de praças, revitalização de canteiros públicos e outros.
