Arquitetura e Urbanismo: sustentabilidade e uso da tecnologia serão tendências para os profissionais da área no ano de 2023
A sustentabilidade, seja ambiental ou energética, tende a ser cada vez mais enfatizada ao longo do ano de 2023 na área de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, de acordo com Davi Ramalho, coordenador do curso no Centro Universitário Fametro (Unifametro). Segundo o especialista, isso será identificado pela escolha de técnicas e materiais de construção no âmbito da Arquitetura. Já no Urbanismo, serão enfatizadas questões de sustentabilidade social e econômica. O professor ainda aponta tendências para os profissionais da área neste ano, entre elas o uso da tecnologia nos processos de trabalho.
De acordo com Davi, diante da vasta disponibilidade de dados quantitativos acerca dos aglomerados urbanos, a primeira tendência será o aumento da exigência por profissionais capazes de lidar com dados e gerar informações, análises, prognósticos e projetos com melhor desempenho, seja no campo do edifício ou da cidade. “Com as crescentes demandas por projetos e a necessidade de geração rápida de informações gráficas, os profissionais precisarão utilizar recursos que otimizem o seu desenvolvimento e, simultaneamente, gerem informações quantitativas e qualitativas em tempo real”, destaca o coordenador.
As novas técnicas de geração de informação, visual e estatística, como o uso de algoritmos de programação, também serão uma tendência, seja no processo criativo ou no trabalho. O uso de ferramentas de inteligência artificial para otimizar a tomada de decisão nos projetos também devem estar no radar dos arquitetos e urbanistas, segundo Davi. Ele recomenda que os profissionais se atentem para o uso de ferramentas que otimizem a sua interface com clientes e usuários, por meio de dispositivos móveis ou remotos. Ele salienta, da mesma forma, a atenção para as novas dinâmicas de trabalho e da economia, com foco para as demandas de adaptação dos espaços públicos ou privados para receber profissionais que não precisam mais de uma estação fixa de trabalho – os chamados nômades digitais.
“Por um lado, isso serve como oportunidade para que os arquitetos e urbanistas sejam acionados na readaptação desses espaços. Por outro lado, demanda que eles entendam e dominem as melhores ferramentas que os permitam gerenciar seu escritório de maneira remota”, frisa o especialista. “Em paralelo a isso, os profissionais deverão ficar atentos às novas formas de utilizar as redes sociais como vitrine dos produtos e serviços oferecidos, adaptando-se também às novas dinâmicas de consumo e movimentação financeira”, finaliza.
