Na última semana, a Victa Engenharia, construtora pertencente ao Grupo Diagonal Engenharia, realizou o lançamento do o ‘Vitória Caucaia’, empreendimento que faz parte do programa habitacional do Governo Federal ‘Minha Casa, Minha Vida’. O evento de lançamento contou com a presença de mais de 450 corretores de imóveis e convidados.
O empreendimento, localizado na Região Metropolitana de Fortaleza, terá apartamentos com metragens variando de 42m² a 46m², com dois quartos, banheiro, sala, cozinha com área de serviço, vagas para carro, além de unidades com um jardim privativo.
O valor das unidades do ‘Vitória Caucaia’ será a partir de R$ 178.900,00, com parcelas a partir de R$ 169,00, com o subsídio de até R$ 55.000,00 disponibilizado pelo programa ‘Minha Casa, Minha Vida’ do Governo Federal .
