Com o objetivo de atender aos requisitos e mudanças do novo ‘Minha Casa, Minha Vida’, programa habitacional do Governo Federal, a Victa Engenharia, construtora pertencente ao Grupo Diagonal Engenharia, vai lançar dois empreendimentos completos, voltados à segunda faixa de renda (de R$ 2.640,01 a R$ 4.400). Com isso, a expectativa é impactar mais de 500 famílias em um período de um ano.

O primeiro empreendimento estará localizado em Caucaia e o segundo em Fortaleza. Para desburocratizar a aquisição do imóvel próprio, a Victa oferece uma série de serviços. Dentre as facilidades disponibilizadas pela construtora, está um corpo de correspondentes bancários próprios da Victa, responsáveis por facilitar e agilizar a análise de crédito e, consequentemente, a compra do imóvel.

Os empreendimentos devem ser lançados ainda no segundo semestre de 2023 e seguirão o padrão de qualidade Victa já consolidado no mercado imobiliário econômico. Serão apartamentos com uma média de 45 m², com dois quartos, banheiro, sala, cozinha com área de serviço, além de vaga para carro.

“A Victa traz em seu DNA o desejo de simplificar a compra do imóvel próprio. Além disso, entendemos que morar bem não diz respeito somente ao imóvel ocupado, mas também ao entorno. Por isso, uma das propostas desses novos empreendimentos é intervir ao redor das moradias, com a construção de praças e espaços de convivência que favoreçam o bem-viver das famílias”, ressalta João Ximenes, diretor comercial e de novos negócios da Victa Engenharia.

Com o retorno do Minha Casa, Minha Vida, maior programa de habitação do país nas últimas décadas, o Governo Federal estabeleceu como meta contratar, até 2026, dois milhões de moradias pelo país, além de anunciar algumas novidades, como o retorno da Faixa 1 no programa. A retomada do programa pelo atual governo será responsável por impulsionar novos empreendimentos por todo o país, incluindo no estado do Ceará.
