Criado em 2021 por Helena Silveira e Cláudio Silveira, responsáveis pelo tradicional DFB Festival (CE), o ID:Rio tem como missão atuar diretamente em prol do impulsionamento da energia criativa do trade da moda do estado do Rio de Janeiro. Entre as novidades de sua segunda edição, a maior é a ampliação de sua programação, 100% gratuita, que antes era baseada em Niterói e agora chega à capital do Estado.
O festival ID:Rio 22/23 é apresentado pela Enel, com patrocínio do Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e da Secretaria de Estado de Cultura e Economia Criativa, através da Lei Estadual de Incentivo à Cultura, sendo composto por atividades de estímulo direto ao empreendedorismo de toda a cadeia produtiva da moda fluminense.

O sábado de ID:Rio 2023 agitou a agenda carioca com a programação multicultural do festival que reúne a cadeia criativa de moda, entretenimento e empreendedorismo. Pelo terceiro dia seguido, quem abriu o evento foram os talks com temas que agregam e fazem a diferença no trade. Taciana Abreu, head de sustentabilidade do Grupo SOMA, e Renata Abranchs, CEO da marca anônima de consultoria de branding para moda, levaram ao público toda a sua bagagem sobre as tendências e ferramentas digitais em 2023.
Em seguida, Izabela Aurora Suzart de Sant Ana, diretora criativa da marca A-AURORA, e Yamê Reis, Fundadora do Rio Ethical Fashion e coordenadora de Design de Moda no IED-Rio, embasaram o tema “O novo luxo: feito à mão, sustentável e ético”. A passarela do ID:Rio Festival recebeu os últimos desfiles desta edição que, mais uma vez, faz história ao destacar o protagonismo da moda carioca. Neste sábado, o público conferiu o trabalho da Dress To, marca carioca de roupas femininas que conta com a essência da mulher atual em cada modelo; o talento dos alunos da Firjan SENAI Espaço da Moda, direto de Nova Friburgo; e, finalizando, o conceito das marcas Marju, destaque na moda carioca pelas peças handmade atemporais e sustentáveis, com o upcycling exclusivo da KITECOAT.

O palco do ID:Rio recebeu uma multidão de fãs do rock nacional para uma noite histórica ao som de Nando Reis. O ruivão trouxe um repertório recheado de hits e que fizeram o público cantar do início ao fim. Além dele, também se apresentaram o DJ Felipe Roale e Guilherme Schwab. Para acessar o ID:Rio, basta apresentar o convite e entregar 1 kg de alimento não-perecível. O total arrecadado durante os quatro dias de programação será doado integralmente ao projeto Niterói Solidária. Nesta edição, o evento já arrecadou cerca de 700kg de doações.
A Praça Zumbi dos Palmares, na frente do Espaço Cantareira, seguiu dando espaço ao Festival sedia o ID:Street, feira de moda autoral e design, com curadoria a cargo da plataforma Carandaí25 e destaque para a Casa Enel, que reúne o trabalho de artesãos de todo o Estado do Rio de Janeiro. O Enel Compartilha Empreendedorismo é um programa que dá suporte às comunidades em que atua por meio do incentivo à formação de redes e associações produtivas comunitárias, apoiando os participantes na qualificação de seus produtos, na criação de canais de venda, na gestão comercial, na economia circular e solidária.

Já entre 30 de janeiro e 25 de fevereiro, o Festival cruza a ponte para ocupar a Biblioteca Parque Estadual (BPE), no Centro do Rio de Janeiro, onde apresentará uma exposição colaborativa, em parceria com a Enel Brasil, reunindo 10 looks confeccionados sob os preceitos do upcycling, a partir do reuso inteligente de insumos e fardamentos descartados. A sede da BPE também serve como cenário para uma série de podcasts semanais, que serão divulgados durante todo o mês de fevereiro, acompanhando a exposição e abordando temas ligados à sustentabilidade, empreendedorismo e inovação.
Multidisciplinar e 100% gratuito, o ID:Rio é voltado para profissionais de toda a cadeia produtiva da moda, novos empreendedores e alunos de estilismo, moda, design, administração, marketing e áreas afins.
A retirada dos convites gratuitos para os shows foi realizada mediante inscrições via Sympla, com posto de distribuição no Shopping Plaza, em Niterói. O acesso ao evento é recomendado para jovens a partir de 16 anos. Menores podem comparecer, desde que acompanhados pelo(a) responsável.
