A realização de exercícios físicos promove uma série de benefícios para o público idoso, como reforço dos músculos, proteção das articulações, melhora da flexibilidade, possibilidade de convívio social, entre outros. Outra atividade que também é bastante indicada entre os especialistas é a dança. Pensando nisso, o Shopping Benfica fechou parceria com a Escola de Bailantes para realizar o projeto “Viva a vida”, um programa de formação gratuita em dança para maiores de 50 anos.
A ação tem o objetivo de mostrar as potencialidades e os benefícios da dança para o corpo e a mente, em especial para as pessoas que se encontram na fase madura da vida. As inscrições já estão abertas e seguem até o dia 21 de agosto através do formulário https://bit.ly/3AckFZW. As vagas são limitadas! Para realizar a atividade, o interessado deve apresentar durante a inscrição um atestado médico informando a aptidão para a atividade física.
Serão realizadas duas aulas durante a semana, às segundas e terças-feiras, das 10h30 às 11h20, no Piso Térreo do Shopping Benfica, ministradas por educadora física da Escola de Bailantes. Cada aula terá duração de 50 minutos.

of course like your web-site however you have to check the spelling on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell the reality then again I will surely come back again.
