O CE em Cena, projeto idealizado pelo RioMar Fortaleza para valorizar a produção teatral cearense, abre a temporada da programação de 2026. As primeiras atrações serão no dia 15 de março, com os espetáculos “Os Cantadores de Histórias”, às 16h, voltado para o público infantil, e “Prometemos Não Chorar”, às 19h, para o público a partir de 12 anos. Ambos encenados pelo Grupo Ás de Teatro. Os ingressos já estão disponíveis para venda. Ao longo do ano, mais três atrações cearenses se apresentarão no palco do Teatro. A iniciativa cede o palco do Teatro RioMar Fortaleza para que companhias e artistas locais apresentem seus trabalhos, com 100% da renda da bilheteria destinada aos próprios artistas. “O CE em Cena traz à tona o enorme potencial cultural do Ceará para fazer arte. O projeto fortalece a cultura local, valoriza os artistas da terra e cria condições reais para que espetáculos aconteçam com qualidade. Iniciativas assim ajudam a formar plateia, movimentam a economia criativa e reafirmam a importância do teatro na vida cultural do nosso estado”, afirma Gabriela Simões, gerente de Marketing do RioMar Fortaleza.
Os Cantadores de Histórias – Atração Infantil – Classificação Livre
Voltado para toda a família, o espetáculo apresenta uma trupe mambembe que percorre
cidades levando releituras de contos clássicos infantis. O primeiro espetáculo infantil do
grupo e o primeiro com músicas autorais, a montagem mistura teatro musical e estética
mambembe, ressignificando elementos da cultura popular brasileira em figurinos, cenários e encenação.
Prometemos Não Chorar – A partir de 12 anos
Inspirado no Teatro de Revista, o espetáculo conta a história das irmãs Perfídia, Carol e Diana, que enfrentam a madrasta Lady Laura enquanto investigam, ao lado do Detetive Falcão, a morte do pai e o desaparecimento da herança. A comédia é embalada por clássicos da música brega de artistas como Waldick Soriano, Reginaldo Rossi, Wando, Roberto Carlos e Sidney Magal, criando uma atmosfera nostálgica e divertida. Cada sessão também traz improvisos e referências atuais.
Sobre o Grupo Ás de Teatro
Fundado em 2009, o Grupo Ás de Teatro estreou no Teatro Sesc Emiliano Queiroz, em Fortaleza, com o musical “Você Não Consegue Parar”, livre adaptação de Hairspray . Sem patrocínio e impulsionado pela paixão de artistas e amigos, o grupo conquistou o público com grandes produções cheias de coreografias, figurinos e números musicais. Nos anos seguintes, consolidou-se na cena local com espetáculos como Companhia (adaptação de Company ) e Audições Abertas (inspirado em A Chorus Line ), acumulando prêmios e indicações. A trajetória marcou o fortalecimento do teatro musical cearense e abriu caminho para a criação de obras autorais.
Sobre o CE em Cena
O projeto CE em Cena do RioMar Fortaleza começou em 2025, com duas atrações no ano. A primeira, “Ópera em Cordel”, espetáculo que marcou o início da preparação para uma turnê nacional. “O projeto foi fundamental para que o espetáculo existisse. Ele viabilizou elenco, figurino, cenografia, iluminação e tempo adequado de ensaio. Seus impactos vão desde a formação de plateia até a circulação na economia local”, afirma o ator Haroldo Guimarães. Já o espetáculo “As Vizinhas”, apresentado por Carri Costa, Dennis Lacerda e Solange Teixeira,
levou ao palco uma comédia sobre a convivência entre duas vizinhas cheias de manias, marcada por intrigas, fofocas e situações hilárias. “Participar do CE em Cena nos enche de orgulho. É uma iniciativa que aproxima novos públicos do teatro cearense, valoriza os artistas locais e fortalece a nossa identidade cultural”, destaca o artista Carri Costa.
