Chegou a temporada de chuvas pelo Ceará e com ela algumas situações que podem causar transtornos à vida condominial. Para enfrentar o período com segurança, é necessário que síndicos e administradoras de condomínios adotem ações preventivas e manutenções adequadas, além de realizarem planos de contingência e estar atentas às coberturas de seguro.
De acordo com o Presidente da Associação das Administradoras de Condomínios do Estado do Ceará, Marcus Melo, este é o momento para fazer a inspeção de toda a edificação para identificar áreas vulneráveis, que necessitem de manutenção.
“É importante que o síndico ou as administradoras solicitem a limpeza de calhas, manutenção de áreas comuns, de equipamentos para drenagem de água e de bombas de escoamento, verifiquem os geradores de energia e se o sistema elétrico/eletrônico está protegido das chuvas e aterrado, e se atentem para saúde das árvores, arbustos para, se for o caso, solicitar na prefeitura as devidas podas. Essas ações devem ser realizadas antes do período chuvoso ou em dias que não estejam chovendo, devido ao grande risco de acidentes”, afirma Marcus Melo.
Porém, existem medidas que precisam ser tomadas em dias de chuva muito forte, como por exemplo, manter moradores, principalmente crianças, longe de piscinas e áreas descampadas, evitar transitar por subsolos e garagens, sinalizar corretamente áreas molhadas e evitar fazer uso de elevadores.
Em caso de tempestades com raios, orientar os condôminos a não fazer uso de aparelhos que estiverem ligados na tomada. Principalmente celulares e notebooks que correm grande risco de explosão por conta de descargas elétricas.
“Para que a vida do condomínio e também das unidades sejam preservadas durante este período é preciso que todos estejam atentos às regras de segurança do condomínio”, finaliza Marcus Melo.
