Faltando um mês para o início da edição comemorativa de XXV anos, o DFB — Dragão Fashion Brasil, maior evento de moda autoral da América Latina, confirma grandes nomes da moda autoral para contemplar o line up. Durante os quatro dias de desfiles, que acontece de 24 a 27 de julho, no Centro de Eventos do Ceará, em Fortaleza, o público poderá conferir criações dos designers e estilistas autorais Lino Villaventura, Projeto 100%CE, Almir França, Almerinda Maria, Marina Bitu, Vitor Cunha, Fruto do Conde, Lindebergue, David Lee, Bruno Olly, Melk ZDA, Baba e Catarina Mina.

Aliando a valorização e cultura de moda por meio da formação e ações multidisciplinares, o DFB Festival também conta com os desfiles de alunos do IFRN (RN — Campus Caicó); Senai Moda (RN); UDESC (SC); UFC (CE); UFCA (CE); UFMG (MG); UniAteneu (CE); Unifor (CE); Unipê (PB); e UTFPR (PR) — selecionadas no edital do Concurso dos Novos, que reúne instituições brasileiras de ensino superior e técnico de estilismo e moda, premiando o vencedor do primeiro lugar com R$ 20.000.

DFB 2024

Idealizado por Cláudio Silveira, o mega evento retorna, pelo segundo ano consecutivo, ao Centro de Eventos do Ceará, para celebrar um ano marcante com novidades em seu formato e um novo posicionamento, reforçando o compromisso com a moda consciente e a valorização do “handmade”.

A edição comemorativa marca o início de um novo ciclo para o DFB Festival, que se reinventa e se conecta com as tendências mais relevantes do universo da moda. O festival se destaca por sua programação gratuita, democrática e plural, que inclui desfiles autorais, shows, o tradicional Concurso dos Novos, um espaço dedicado a negócios sustentáveis e um panorama completo do design cearense.

O DFB XXV coincide com o Ano do Dragão no calendário chinês, símbolo de força, criatividade, expansão e boa sorte. Essa energia inspiradora se traduz na programação do evento, que visa impulsionar a moda brasileira para um futuro promissor.

Segundo os diretores do festival, Cláudio e Helena Silveira, reverenciar o Ano do Dragão é, também, renovar a memória afetiva do público, já que ‘DFB’ é a abreviatura do nome do evento, ‘Dragão Fashion Brasil’, até hoje citado pelo trade.

Sustentabilidade em foco

Consciente da importância da preservação ambiental, o DFB Festival convida todos os participantes a desenvolverem apresentações que utilizem técnicas de reuso como principal elemento. Essa iniciativa reforça o compromisso do evento com uma cadeia produtiva mais consciente e sustentável.

A programação inclui um line-up de designers e estilistas com profunda ligação com os 25 anos de história do DFB. O Concurso dos Novos reúne faculdades de estilismo e moda de todo o país, revelando nomes para o cenário nacional e internacional.
