A Federação dos Transportes (Fetrans) realizará a terceira edição do Fórum Fetrans, com o tema “A Transição Energética e o Futuro do Transporte – Como a inovação pode contribuir para o avanço econômico e sustentável do setor”, na manhã do próximo dia 5 de dezembro, no Auditório da Fetrans/Sest Senat (rua Dona Leopoldina, 1050 – Centro). O evento reunirá empresários, gestores e executivos do transporte para acompanhar uma programação elaborada para trazer discussões sobre os impactos das mudanças nas matrizes energéticas da nova economia de baixo carbono, como isso já é uma realidade em alguns países e setores da economia e como o setor de transporte está inserido nesse debate como indutor de soluções inovadoras e como beneficiário dessas novas tecnologias.
A abertura do Fórum terá a participação de Érica Marcos, gerente executiva Ambiental da Confederação Nacional dos Transportes (CNT). Em seguida, na primeira palestra, os convidados terão a oportunidade de conhecer o case de sucesso da Viação Piracicabana, de Brasília (DF), com a apresentação de Albano Abreu, diretor Institucional da empresa, que falará sobre o tema “Transição Energética e os seus impactos econômicos e sustentáveis”. A Viação Piracicabana opera ônibus elétricos desde 2018, tendo seis unidades atualmente em sua frota, tendo montado em sua garagem uma usina de energia com 480 placas fotovoltaicas, que são utilizadas para geração própria de energia e para a recarga dos veículos. A usina tem condições de carregar os seis ônibus em três horas.
Após sua apresentação, Albano Abreu participará de uma conversa com a plateia mediada pela superintendente da Fetrans, Amanda Machado, e com a participação de Mário Albuquerque, diretor do Núcleo Socioambiental da Fetrans.
A segunda palestra do Fórum Fetrans terá como tema “Como obter vantagem competitiva e econômica através da Compensação de Carbono”, a ser conduzida por Murilo Ferreira, CEO da Celo4 Tecnologia e Negócios. Na sua fala, Murilo irá apresentar a Verden ESG, a calculadora ambiental do transporte, uma plataforma inédita voltada exclusivamente para o setor de transporte rodoviário e que permite realizar os cálculos de emissão de carbono e de compensação de gases do efeito estufa. A iniciativa foi lançada no início do mês de outubro pela Confederação Nacional do Transporte (CNT) e está vinculada ao Despoluir, programa ambiental do transporte, desenvolvido e promovido pela CNT e pelo Serviço Social do Transporte e Serviço Nacional Aprendizagem do Transporte (SEST SENAT) e executado regionalmente nos estados do Ceará, Piauí e Maranhão pela Fetrans.
A Verden ESG ajuda os transportadores a medir, sem custos, a emissão das frotas de cargas e de passageiros, indicando ainda a quantidade necessária de créditos de carbono a ser adquirida como forma de compensação e os benefícios econômicos que pode gerar.
