Público alvo são jovens que pretendem ingressar na área de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação — TIC
O Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, por meio da Softex e do Instituto Federal do Ceará (IFCE), anuncia o lançamento do segundo ciclo da Residência em TIC 20 — Capacita Brasil/C-Jovem. O programa oferece três trilhas de especialização gratuita nas áreas de Programação iOS, Computação em Nuvem e Infraestrutura de Redes 5G para jovens que estão cursando atualmente o ensino médio ou que o concluíram há até 3 anos. Ao todo, serão oferecidas 1800 vagas.
O objetivo do programa de capacitação é proporcionar uma formação abrangente em TIC, dividida em três fases distintas:

Desenvolvimento de Soft Skills: cursos como Empreendedorismo e Inovação, Raciocínio Lógico, Inglês para Profissional de TIC, Projeto de Vida, Comunicação e Relacionamento Interpessoal.

Trilha Técnica: formação específica na área escolhida (Programação iOS, Redes 5G ou Computação em Nuvem).
-
Imersão Profissional: oportunidade de aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos em uma empresa parceira do programa, promovendo uma experiência prática no mercado de trabalho.
Os cursos têm carga horária total de 480 horas e realizados na modalidade de Ensino à Distância (EaD), com duração de um ano. As inscrições estão abertas até 8 de janeiro de 2025 através do site do Capacita Brasil. O início das aulas é em 2025.
O coordenador do projeto, Antônio de Barros Serra, destaca a importância do programa para o fomento de novos talentos na área de TIC e formação de novos profissionais na área, que ganha cada vez mais destaque no mercado. “Jovens recém-saídos do ensino médio ou em fase de conclusão terão a oportunidade de agregar conhecimento tecnológico em um programa de capacitação totalmente gratuito e direcionado a áreas de expansão no mercado e futuros profissionais muito bem capacitados”, reforça Serra.
Além de ser totalmente gratuito, o programa oferece uma bolsa de auxílio mensal durante a fase de imersão. Os participantes terão acesso a aulas online em ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem e encontros remotos com mentores, garantindo flexibilidade e suporte contínuo.
