Gólgota: Encenação da Paixão de Cristo celebra 31 anos com apresentações no bairro José Walter e no interior do Ceará

A época da Semana Santa é momento de reflexão e renovação da fé. Também é o período em que a arte também se faz presente para contar uma das maiores histórias da humanidade. Assim, o bairro José Walter, um dos maiores bairros de Fortaleza, será palco do tradicional espetáculo da  Paixão de Cristo, Gólgota. O espetáculo será apresentado em Fortaleza, no bairro José Walter, nos dias 29 e 30 de março, sempre às 20h,  no Campo do Onélio Porto. Antes, será apresentado em Camocim e em São Gonçalo do Amarante.  O acesso é gratuito.

Encenado há 31 anos ininterruptos, conta com uma superprodução de palco, som, luz e figurinos, tornando-se hoje uma das maiores encenações de artes cênicas do Ceará e o terceiro maior espetáculo do Nordeste e assistido por mais de 100 mil pessoas, o espetáculo Gólgota, encena a emocionante história de Jesus Cristo, do nascimento à ascensão, levando o público para uma viagem no tempo e aos ensinamentos de Jesus Cristo. Boa parte do elenco é composto por jovens do bairro José Walter.

Em cena, ao ar livre, mais de 50 atores que compõem o grupo Populart,  se revezam entre figurantes, elenco principal e outras funções. Toda cenografia e figurinos são confeccionados pelos os jovens que fazem o espetáculo.

“Apresentar para o público do Estado do Ceará, um espetáculo teatral de grande porte e de extrema qualidade, utilizando artistas Cearenses valorizando seus talentos e abrindo caminhos para sua ascensão profissional por meio das Artes Cênicas, valorizando o teatro e transformando este espetáculo num pólo permanente de apresentações de espetáculos de Paixão de Cristo”, disse o diretor Expedito Garcia.

Gólgota: 31 anos de encenação da Paixão de Cristo é apoiado pela Secretaria Municipal da Cultura de Fortaleza (Secultfor) por meio do  Edital Paixão de Cristo 2024 e pela Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Ceará (Secult CE) por meio do  XVIII Edital Ceará da Paixão – 2024.
