Fortaleza se prepara para receber a segunda edição do “Corra por uma causa com Zélia Duncan”, um evento que combina esporte, cultura e solidariedade. A corrida, promovida pela Ímã – Conexões com Propósito, empresa fundada por Zélia e suas irmãs Helena e Ana Vitória, acontecerá no dia 5 de outubro no Aterrinho da Praia de Iracema. O objetivo principal é arrecadar fundos e alimentos para a luta pela erradicação da fome, um tema de grande relevância social.
O evento irá apoiar diretamente o Pacto Contra a Fome, uma coalizão suprapartidária e multissetorial que atua no engajamento da sociedade para erradicar a fome, promover alimentação adequada e reduzir o desperdício de alimentos de forma estrutural e permanente. Sua missão é contribuir para erradicar a fome até 2030 e ter todos os brasileiros alimentados adequadamente até 2040. Além disso, os participantes da prova serão incentivados a doar alimentos não perecíveis para o programa Ceará Sem Fome, do Governo do Estado.
O trajeto, um dos mais belos da cidade, oferece opções para todos os públicos: caminhada de 3 km e corridas de 5 km e 10 km, com categorias feminina, masculina, não-binária e PCDs. Ao final, a emoção da corrida será complementada com um show de Zélia Duncan, uma das vozes mais aclamadas da MPB.
“O ‘Corra por uma Causa’ é uma oportunidade de contribuir por algo tão fundamental como a erradicação da fome. Fortaleza tem se tornado um destaque nas corridas de rua, no fomento ao turismo e na cultura, o que a torna o cenário ideal para este evento. Estamos otimistas que o público abrace essa causa tão importante”, declara Zélia Duncan.
O evento conta com o patrocínio da Olympikus e da Personal Trainer Bruna Crachi, criadora do programa “Virando a chave”, além do apoio do Governo do Estado do Ceará, São Luiz Supermercados e da Construtora Mota Machado.

O primeiro lote, no valor de R$ 160 (+ taxa administrativa), está disponível até o dia 10 de setembro ou enquanto durarem os estoques. O valor inclui a doação obrigatória de 2 kg de alimentos não perecíveis. O segundo lote terá o valor de R$ 180.
