Fortaleza recebe, no dia 17 de julho, o segundo encontro presencial do Projeto Mulheres+, iniciativa que busca promover apoio, escuta e fortalecimento entre mulheres por meio de rodas de conversa, palestras, wokrshop e oficinas. A programação é gratuita e acontece às 15h, na área de eventos do 3º piso do Shopping Benfica.

O destaque do evento é a palestra com Elaine de Tomy, psicanalista e vice-presidente do Instituto Revoar, que falará sobre saúde emocional, autoconhecimento e a importância de redes de apoio no enfrentamento de desafios cotidianos. A proposta do encontro é criar um ambiente seguro para diálogo e construção de vínculos entre mulheres de diferentes histórias.

Segundo a organização, a comunidade Mulheres+ nasceu com o objetivo de fortalecer laços, compartilhar experiências e estimular o cuidado coletivo. Para participar, basta preencher o formulário disponível no link da bio do Instagram Instituto Revoar e comparecer ao local no horário indicado. O encontro é gratuito.
