Comércio abrirá no feriado de Tiradentes em Fortaleza

Nesta quarta-feira, dia 21 de abril, é feriado de Tiradentes, mas o comércio de rua e dos shoppings centers vão abrir normalmente em Fortaleza, de acordo com a Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho. Para a CDL de Fortaleza, a abertura no feriado é importante uma vez que um dia de loja fechada representa uma queda de 5% no faturamento do mês.

Pelo atual decreto, as lojas de rua do Centro podem abrir de 10h às 16h, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, e dos shoppings, de 12h às 18h, mas devem fechar nos sábados e domingos, quando vigora o chamado isolamento social rígido.

Apesar dessa abertura no feriado de Tiradentes, para o presidente da CDL de Fortaleza, Assis Cavalcante, o horário reduzido na semana e o fechamento nos fins de semana devem aprofundar a crise no setor.

“Alguns lojistas, especialmente do Centro de Fortaleza, que tem três empregados, estão demitindo um ou até dois, porque não estão suportando pagar a folha na íntegra como se tivesse funcionando normalmente. Outros maiores estão aguentando, mas também já pensam nos cortes. Então, precisamos encontrar uma solução para que as lojas abram todos os dias e, ao mesmo tempo, possamos controlar as aglomerações atendendo à saúde pública”, pontua Assis Cavalcante.
