A cantora Vanessa da Mata é primeira atração confirmada da segunda edição do Festival Elos. Apresentado pela Enel Distribuidora do Ceará e pelo Governo do Estado do Ceará, o evento ocorre de 22 a 24 de novembro, no Aterro da Praia de Iracema, e conta com uma programação cultural e esportiva extensa.

Vanessa da Mata se apresenta no domingo (24) com um repertório de sucessos que vão embalar o pôr do Sol em uma megaestrutura que será montada no espaço. A primeira edição do Festival Elos aconteceu em 2018 e contou com shows de Silva e Camila Marieta.

A programação completa de 2019 será divulgada em breve. O Festival Elos conta com o apoio cultural do SESC e da TIM, apoio institucional da Secretaria da Cultura, por meio da lei de incentivo à cultura, da Secretaria do Esporte, por meio da lei de incentivo ao esporte e é uma realização da Cinco Elementos e Quitanda Soluções Criativas.
