O evento reune associados, academia efornecedores do setor nos âmbitos regional e nacional.
Com 250 associados, o Sindicato das Indústrias de Panificação e Confeitaria no Estado do Ceará (Sindpan), e a Central de negócios do Sindpan (Rede Pão) promoverão, no dia 5 de julho, o tradicional Festpan, onde é comemorado o dia do panificador. Algumas empresas já foram confirmadas no Festpan, como: M. Dias Branco, J. Macedo, Grande Moinho Cearense, Bunge, Kroma Energia, Isis Lacticínios, Renault, Casa Garcia, dentre outros.
O evento acontecerá no Palatium Buffet e contará com a presença de aproximadamente 800 convidados para celebrar a data, entre diretores da panificação cearense, associados, fornecedores local e regional, instituições e entidades da panificação.
Durante a festa acontecerá a entrega das tradicionais premiações do Festpan: fornecedor do ano; amigo da panificação; panificador emérito; padaria destaque no Interior; e padaria do ano, além da entrega da comenda Santa Isabel.
Segundo o presidente do Sindpan, Alex Martins, o Festpan além de promover diversão, tem o objetivo de aproximar o segmento trazendo a cadeia nacional próxima do mercado local, colocando para o fornecedor e empresário oportunidades de negócios, apresentação de produtos, demonstração de serviços e compartilhamento de experiências.
“O Festpan é o evento mais aguardado do setor da panificação no Ceará. O Festpan surgiu com a ideia de festejar e oferecer ao panificador uma festa com tudo da melhor qualidade. Mas também é um momento de expandir o network”, afirma o presidente do Sindpan.
