Para fortalecer a cadeia produtiva de eventos e estimular a geração de novos negócios e parcerias entre as instituições ligadas ao setor, o Sindicato das Empresas Organizadoras de Eventos e Afins do Estado do Ceará (Sindieventos Ce) realiza, nos dias 29 e 30 de novembro, a 2ª edição do Unieventos em parceria com o Sebrae Ceará, Governo do Estado do Ceará e Sistema Fecomércio. Com a temática “O Futuro do Mercado de Eventos”, as inscrições são gratuitas, e o evento acontece de forma híbrida, com transmissão pelo Youtube do Sindieventos Ce e presencial no Senac Reference, dia 30.

 

A programação conta com cinco painéis temáticos, workshops e uma palestra magna de encerramento com o presidente do Fortaleza Esporte Clube, Marcelo Paz, que falará sobre “Gestão de Sucesso”. No total, serão mais de 15 palestrantes entre profissionais da área de eventos, especialistas e convidados que irão abordar temas como: Novos tempos, desafios para os eventos sociais; Sustentabilidade, ODS no setor de eventos; Políticas públicas para o setor de eventos; O caminho para o preço e o lucro no mercado de eventos; Marca e Valor no mercado de eventos. Além disso, também serão apresentados cases de sucesso do setor de eventos na retomada com empresas cearenses e o 1º Workshop de Inovação e Mercado Audiovisual. As inscrições podem ser realizadas no site do Sindieventos, por meio do link https://sindieventosce.com.br/.

 

De acordo com Stella Pavan, presidente do Sindieventos CE, o propósito é somar forças entre profissionais, empresas, associações e instituições que formam toda a cadeia produtiva de serviços, o que inclui sonorização, montadoras e 53 setores que atuam em eventos, para uma retomada sustentável dos negócios. “Nós precisamos dialogar com a categoria, compartilhar experiências e oportunidades coletivas para geração de negócios e incentivar a implementação de políticas públicas voltadas para o setor. Atualmente temos uma forte demanda por mão de obra qualificada e é preciso encontrar soluções coletivas. Isso fortalece e proporciona novos elos para o setor de turismo de negócios e eventos do Ceará, especialmente neste momento de retomada, uma vez que o setor e seus microempresários ficaram extremamente fragilizados com a paralisação”, explica.
