O ano de 2024 foi um período de realizações marcantes para a RI Arquitetura. Sob o comando dos arquitetos Inês Sobreira e Ricardo Braga, o escritório entregou projetos que se destacaram por sua funcionalidade e conexão com as necessidades de seus clientes. Um dos maiores destaques foi a participação na CASACOR Ceará, com o ambiente “Refúgio de um Cearoca chamado Severino”, que apresentou um design alinhado ao tema da mostra e conquistou reconhecimento no evento.

Entre as obras realizadas no último ano, destaque para a Boutique das Árvores, localizada no Parque Arvorar do Grupo Beach Park, chamou atenção por integrar elementos naturais e sensoriais ao espaço, criando uma experiência diferenciada para os visitantes. O Boaventura Mall, por sua vez, demonstrou a capacidade da RI Arquitetura em trabalhar com terrenos desafiadores, desenvolvendo um empreendimento comercial dinâmico e funcional. Outros projetos notáveis incluem as novas unidades Mercadão São Luiz e a nova loja conceito Carmehil, empreendimentos com soluções arquitetônicas que priorizam a modernidade e a funcionalidade.
