Com a missão de elevar a experiência gastronômica em Fortaleza, o Restaurante Grand Parrilla, inspirado nas renomadas steakhouses de Nova York, abre sua segunda unidade no bairro Meireles/ Aldeota. Localizado na Praça Portugal, o restaurante ocupa 1.000 m² e oferece seis ambientes distintos, projetados para atender aos mais diversos públicos e ocasiões.

O horário de funcionamento será todos os dias, das 11h30 às 23h, com happy hour das 16h às 20h (diariamente), menu executivo disponível de segunda a sexta-feira (exceto feriados e datas comemorativas), e brunch todos os dias, das 15h às 19h30, com uma seleção de pratos refinados e drinks autorais em um ambiente elegante e acolhedor.

Com um projeto arquitetônico assinado por Romário Rodrigues, o Grand Parrilla contará com espaços como um lounge ao ar livre, um bar estilo americano e até um coworking com café cortesia para quem trabalha remotamente. A gastronomia será um dos grandes destaques, com uma seleção de carnes importadas, sushis e uma adega composta por 1.200 rótulos de vinhos.

Além disso, o restaurante oferecerá a experiência exclusiva “Omakase” uma vez por mês, trazendo o melhor da gastronomia japonesa com harmonizações especiais. A ambientação também promete encantar, com obras de arte de artistas renomados, proporcionando uma verdadeira imersão cultural aos visitantes.

A programação musical será diferenciada, com jazz no ambiente interno e rock no lounge externo, criando uma atmosfera sofisticada e vibrante. Com um espaço para até 50 pessoas e um ambiente kids, o restaurante se torna ideal para famílias e eventos.

E tem mais: o Grand Parrilla trará em sua carta a experiência única do Club Dry Aged Exclusive, na qual o restaurante oferece cortes de carne de origem europeia maturados por no mínimo 45 dias, garantindo um sabor mais intenso e uma textura diferenciada. Os clientes terão a oportunidade de escolher peças porcionadas para consumo imediato ou peças inteiras para maturação personalizada, podendo ainda acompanhar a evolução da carne e degustá-la no momento ideal.
