Estão abertas as inscrições para o Edital de Chamamento Público para Programas de Publicações e Mobilidade Formativa da Secretaria da Cultura do Ceará (Secult), como parte da Política Nacional Aldir Blanc de Fomento à Cultura. O objetivo é selecionar um projeto proposto por Organização da Sociedade Civil para a execução do Programa de Publicações e Concessão de Bolsas para Mobilidade Formativa, em regime de parceria com o Governo do Ceará, por meio da Secult.
