PNAB CEARÁ: Inscrições abertas para o Edital de Chamamento Público para Programas de Publicações e Mobilidade Formativa

Será selecionado projeto para programa que desenvolve ações como seleção de projetos de livros para publicação em formato impresso e e-book, além de concessão de bolsas de intercâmbio artístico-formativo. O valor do aporte financeiro total será de 1,5 milhão

 

Estão abertas as inscrições para o Edital de Chamamento Público para Programas de Publicações e Mobilidade Formativa da Secretaria da Cultura do Ceará (Secult), como parte da Política Nacional Aldir Blanc de Fomento à Cultura. O objetivo é selecionar um projeto proposto por Organização da Sociedade Civil para a execução do Programa de Publicações e Concessão de Bolsas para Mobilidade Formativa, em regime de parceria com o Governo do Ceará, por meio da Secult. Trata-se de uma iniciativa que desenvolve ações de seleção de projetos de livros para publicação em formato impresso e e-book, bem como a concessão de bolsas de intercâmbio artístico-formativo, no valor total de R$ 1.500.000,00 (um milhão e quinhentos mil reais).

 

As propostas dos projetos poderão ser apresentadas por Organizações da Sociedade Civil com pelo menos dois anos de existência e experiência no campo cultural, localizadas no Estado, com relevância na realização e na elaboração de processos formativos, conhecimento, produção artística, pesquisa, cidadania cultural e inclusão social. As inscrições são gratuitas e realizadas exclusivamente online, até o dia 15 de fevereiro de 2025 (às 23h59), pelo site https://mapacultural.secult.ce.gov.br. Aqui, é possível ver todos os editais abertos do PNAB Ceará.

O Programa de Publicações e Concessão de Bolsas para Mobilidade Formativa tem como objetivo apoiar a produção, publicação e difusão de conteúdos relacionados a acervos artísticos, memórias de moradores, fontes históricas, trajetórias e produção de artistas, entre outros temas relevantes para o campo das artes e da cultura. A iniciativa busca valorizar, preservar e democratizar o acesso ao conhecimento e ao patrimônio artístico, cultural e histórico. Além disso, visa possibilitar a mobilidade artístico-formativa de artistas e agentes culturais do Ceará em contextos de excelência, promovendo o aprimoramento de suas habilidades e conhecimentos.

Sobre a PNAB

A PNAB é uma oportunidade histórica para consolidar o sistema federativo de financiamento à cultura, garantindo repasses contínuos da União aos demais entes federativos. Por meio dela, o Governo do Ceará, através da Secult, garantirá, até 2027, investimentos anuais superiores a R$ 70 milhões em projetos e programas voltados ao fortalecimento da cultura local. No âmbito nacional, a PNAB destinará R$ 15 bilhões a ações e projetos culturais em todo o Brasil.
