Trajetórias marcadas por ousadia, determinação e competência ganham destaque e reconhecimento
na 9ª edição do Prêmio RioMar Mulher, que celebra a relevância dessas grandes mulheres na sociedade cearense. O evento acontece no próximo dia 12 de março no Teatro RioMar Fortaleza, às 19h, com entrada exclusiva para convidados (Fotos: Elena Hilário)

Ao longo da história, mulheres têm sido protagonistas na construção de uma sociedade melhor. No Ceará, grandes nomes destacam-se por sua atuação em diferentes áreas, promovendo mudanças significativas e impactando outras vidas. Jaqueline Queiroz de Araújo, Manu Oliveira, Bia Fiuza, Luisa Cela e Raquel Andrade, homenageadas na edição de 2025 do Prêmio RioMar Mulher, idealizado pelo Grupo JCPM e pelo RioMar Fortaleza, mostram como a educação, a cidadania e a cultura podem ser grandes instrumentos de transformação social.

“Tenho muito orgulho desse encontro do RioMar Mulher em Fortaleza porque sempre me surpreendo com as trajetórias que vejo nessa premiação. Pela grande contribuição que um ser humano é capaz de dar à vida das outras pessoas. São sempre mulheres que saíram do seu lugar, tiveram empatia e se mobilizaram, na carreira ou à frente de instituições para mudar o mundo ao seu redor”. João Carlos Paes Mendonça, presidente do Grupo JCPM.

É o caso de Jaqueline Queiroz de Araújo que tornou-se referência no movimento Plus Size, criando iniciativas que fortalecem a autoestima e combatem a gordofobia. Seu trabalho ultrapassa o universo da moda e chega à política, com a criação de leis e ações afirmativas voltadas à diversidade corporal. Já Manu Oliveira, fundadora da Social Brasilis, atua na inclusão produtiva de jovens de comunidades de Fortaleza, capacitando-os para o mercado de trabalho e para nova economia digital. Com prêmios e reconhecimento nacional, ela prova que a tecnologia pode ser uma ponte para gerar novas oportunidades.

No campo dos direitos humanos, Raquel Andrade tem uma trajetória marcada pela luta pelos direitos das mulheres e da população negra. Sua atuação como advogada e gestora pública resultou em políticas essenciais para o combate à violência de gênero e a promoção da equidade racial do Ceará. Já a empreendedora social Bia Fiuza, fundadora da Rizoma Social e cofundadora do Instituto de Música Jacques Klein (IMJK), é conhecida por sua atuação no desenvolvimento social por meio da educação, esporte e cultura, além de atuar no fortalecimento do ecossistema de negócios de impacto no estado.

Protagonismo

Com mais de 25 anos de carreira, Aline Oliveira já mostrou o Ceará para todo o Brasil, através de reportagens reconhecidas por diversos prêmios de jornalismo, a sua contribuição à área de comunicação no Ceará e em nível nacional. Por sua vez, a Secretaria da Cultura do Ceará, Luisa Cela, é reconhecida por defender a inclusão e a transformação social através da cultura, tendo sido diretora de Direitos Humanos na Rede CUCA, diretora de Cidadania Cultural no Instituto Dragão do Mar e presidente do Instituto ECOA. A empresária Mana Holanda destaca-se por sua força, determinação e lição de vida. Ela superou um câncer há 20 anos e hoje lidera com o esposo o Maraponga Mart Moda, importante polo atacadista de moda no Ceará. Outra homenageada do Prêmio RioMar Mulher é a médica pneumologista e escritora Márcia Alcântara, fundadora e coordenadora do Pulmocenter – Instituto do Pulmão. Reconhecida por seu impacto clínico e social, ela lidera campanhas de conscientização sobre a prevenção de doenças respiratórias.

Completam a lista de homenageadas a arquiteta e paisagista Nícia Paes e a jornalista e escritora Socorro Acioli. Nícia é uma mulher de 84 anos, nascida no Rio de Janeiro, que se destacou em sua área de atuação apesar dos desafios enfrentados em decorrência do machismo. Foi uma das primeiras mulheres a dar aulas na universidade e criou o curso de Paisagismo dentro da grade curricular da Arquitetura na UFC, inspirado em sua experiência como estagiária no escritório de Burle Marx.  Já Socorro Acioli tem uma trajetória marcada por contribuições à literatura infantil e juvenil, biografias e romances. Autora premiada nacional e internacionalmente foi reconhecida na Festa Literária Internacional de Paraty (Flip) de 2023. Seus romances “Oração para Desaparecer” e “A Cabeça do Santo” ganharam notoriedade, sendo este último traduzido para o inglês, francês, espanhol e italiano.
