O Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (IFCE) promove as inscrições EmbarcaTech no Ceará, uma iniciativa do Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI) coordenada pela Softex que fomenta a capacitação em tecnologia e de talentos em todo o Brasil. O programa, que faz parte de um esforço nacional para capacitar 6 mil profissionais até 2025, chega ao Ceará para preencher a crescente demanda por talentos em tecnologias de Sistemas Embarcados e aplicações em Internet das Coisas (IoT) em áreas críticas como Educação, Segurança, Indústria e Saúde. As inscrições seguem até domingo (3).
Além do IFCE, o programa se estende em polos nos IFs do Rio Grande do Norte, do Piauí, do Maranhão, no Centro de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Tecnológico em Informática e Eletrônica (CEPEDI), na Bahia e no Instituto Hardware BR, no Distrito Federal. O projeto é apoiado pelo Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovações (MCTI), com recursos da Lei nº 8.248, de 23 de outubro de 1991.
A área de sistemas embarcados — sistemas computacionais que possuem hardware e software projetados para uma aplicação específica — oferece um vasto campo de oportunidades para profissionais de tecnologia, tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior. Eles são a espinha dorsal de muitos dispositivos e aplicações que usamos diariamente, desde eletrodomésticos inteligentes até complexos sistemas automotivos e equipamentos médicos. Com a crescente adoção de tecnologias inovadoras, a demanda por especialistas em sistemas embarcados está crescendo exponencialmente, abrindo um vasto campo de oportunidades de empregabilidade.
O programa EmbarcaTech oferece uma abordagem inovadora para a formação em tecnologia, dividido em duas fases principais: uma capacitação inicial e uma residência tecnológica. A primeira fase consiste em uma capacitação intensiva com duração de três meses (160 horas), oferecida via uma plataforma de Ensino à Distância (EaD) para seis mil alunos, sendo mil no Ceará. A segunda fase é uma residência tecnológica com carga total de 240 horas que se estende por doze meses, destinada aos 600 alunos com melhor desempenho na capacitação inicial — 100 deles no Ceará. Nesse período de residência, os selecionados contarão com o apoio de uma bolsa de estudos de R$ 3.100.
O grande diferencial do programa está na sua estrutura de “residência tecnológica”, que permite aos participantes efetuar a aplicação prática do conhecimento adquirido em demandas reais de empresas parceiras, desenvolvendo projetos e analisando estudos de caso com especial foco em IoT. Esta metodologia não apenas consolida o aprendizado, mas também facilita a inserção dos profissionais no mercado de trabalho.
Com uma duração total de 15 meses, o programa visa formar profissionais altamente qualificados e prontos para enfrentar os desafios tecnológicos atuais, contribuindo significativamente para o desenvolvimento do setor de TIC no Brasil e para a competitividade das empresas nacionais no cenário global.
