A Jornada Integração realizada pela Federação das CDLs do Ceará (FCDL-CE) percorre o  Ceará promovendo ações que visam desenvolver o comércio varejista. A sua 7ª edição, que começou no dia 1° de abril na Regional Sertão Central, terá início na Regional Jaguaribana a partir do próximo dia 29/04. Qualificação profissional para colaboradores, workshop sobre educação financeira para gestores e rodadas de negócios em parceria com o BNB estão entre as ações que serão realizadas até o dia 28 de maio, nesta região.

Segundo o Diretor Distrital Samuel Noronha, essa é uma oportunidade única para fortalecer os negócios. “Serão dias de muitas atividades, como palestras, oficinas, rodadas de negócios, ações sociais, entre outras ações. É um momento para nos desenvolvermos profissionalmente, nos integrar com outros lojistas e entidades, contribuir para a cidadania e a responsabilidade social, nos inovar para enfrentar os desafios e as oportunidades do futuro”, pontua.

Formação

Nesse período, os funcionários do comércio da região poderão participar dos Cursos Sequencias, que nesta edição contam com horário estendido, tornando a qualificação ainda mais robusta e completa. Com quatro horas de duração, as formações terão como tema: vendas, negociação, prospecção, renegociação, redes sociais, marketing e gestão. As inscrições poderão ser feitas na CDL. Na ocasião, os participantes dos cursos serão estimulados a realizar a doação de 1kg de alimento não perecível, que será destinado a uma instituição filantrópica dos respectivos municípios.

Soluções de crédito

Já os gestores poderão participar da Rodada de Negócios, em parceria com o Banco do Nordeste. Esta ação, agora, conta com três etapas: educação financeira, com intuito de preparar o empresário para uma gestão mais consciente dos recursos, evitando descontrole no caixa e prejuízos, elaboração de cadastro das empresas e rodada de negócios para fechamento das negociações entre empresa e BNB.

A primeira etapa é voltada para a capacitação do empresário. Trata-se do workshop “Finanças e Investimentos Empresariais”, com especialistas da área das finanças, que irá apresentar as possibilidades de investimento e gestão financeira dos recursos. Depois de cinco dias úteis da realização do workshop, acontece a segunda etapa, que consiste em uma verificação cadastral dos empresários, por meio do trabalho ativo de parceria entre a CDL e o gerente da agência responsável. E a terceira e última etapa é a realização do atendimento direto ao empresário, com oferta de produtos e serviços disponibilizados pelo BNB, como:  FNE MPE – financiamento às empresas, FNE Sol – financiamento energia solar, cartão BNB – crédito rotativo, renegociação de dívidas e aquisição do imóvel.

Após a realização das ações, chega o momento da apresentação dos resultados das atividades desenvolvidas, entrega de certificados e dos alimentos arrecadados. O encerramento do projeto na região será no dia 28 de maio em Jaguaribe, com realização de palestra e também sorteio da premiação às empresas que participaram das ações do projeto. Este momento conta com a participação de todas as CDLs e parceiros das entidades.

Realizada em parceria com as CDLs sediadas em 86 municípios do Estado, a Jornada Integração segue até dezembro deste ano passando ainda pelas regionais Sertão Oeste, Cariri, Centro Sul, Ibiapaba, Norte, Norte Litoral, Inhamuns, Metropolitana Central, Metropolitana Leste e Metropolitana Oeste.
