Zona de Conexão é uma iniciativa do Hub Cultural do Ceará, programa da Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Ceará (Secult Ceará) voltado para a Economia da Cultura. Tem sua base operacional no Centro Cultural Porto Dragão e amplia sua atuação para diversos territórios do Ceará.
O mercado de trabalho nas áreas da cultura no Brasil representava 5,6% da população ocupada do país em 2020, somando 4,8 milhões de pessoas. Os dados levantados pela Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios Contínua (Pnad Contínua) e utilizados pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) mostram ainda que a principal categoria de ocupados no setor era o trabalhador autônomo, equivalente a 41,6% do total, demonstrando um aumento da taxa de informalidade em comparação ao ano anterior.
Com a taxa de informalidade crescente e dinâmicas de trabalho marcadas pela intermitência e polivalência das atividades exercidas, diversos são os desafios enfrentados pelos trabalhadores da cultura. Com foco nos artistas, gestores e produtores locais, o Zona de Conexão do Hub visa atender as necessidades desses profissionais através da utilização de um ambiente compartilhado estruturado para a realização de encontros de trabalho cujos focos sejam o desenvolvimento de projetos ligados à Economia da Cultura e que fortaleçam o campo cultural e sua diversidade.
COMO FUNCIONA
Entre os serviços oferecidos estão a utilização da sala de trabalho que dispõe dos serviços de internet (Wi-fi), mesas e cadeiras apropriadas, ar-condicionado, projetor e material de escritório, mediante prévio agendamento. Além disso, é possível aproveitar os espaços e programações já conhecidas do Centro Cultural Porto Dragão, como lanchonete, área de convivência, banheiros e teatro.
A iniciativa também oferece a possibilidade de acesso a assessorias, consultorias, masterclasses especializadas, entre outros eventos do programa do Hub Cultural do Ceará, para aqueles que tiverem interesse em fazer parte da Comunidade HUB, agregando valor ao desenvolvimento de suas ideias e projetos e fortalecendo sua atuação em rede de colaboração.
Para se tornar usuário(a), é necessário realizar cadastro através do formulário disponível no link bit.ly/zonadeconexaocadastro, no qual a pessoa interessada poderá indicar a finalidade desejada de utilização e agendar seus horários de uso do espaço.
O espaço se encontra no Centro Cultural Porto Dragão, localizado na Rua Bóris, 90-C, na Praia de Iracema, e faz parte do complexo de equipamentos da Secretaria da Cultura do Ceará (Secult Ceará), geridos pelo Instituto Dragão do Mar (IDM).
