Em congresso de tecnologia no judiciário, Lanlink e Microsoft apresentam solução de IA implementada no TJ Paraná

Caso de sucesso foi destaque no I Congresso Brasileiro de Inovação em Inteligência Artificial no Judiciário

A inteligência artificial vem ganhando espaço em diversos segmentos, ampliando produtividade e trazendo maior eficiência aos serviços em diversas áreas. Um exemplo disso está nas cortes brasileiras – segundo um levantamento do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), 66% dos tribunais do país utilizam ou estão implementando soluções de IA. Nesse contexto, Lanlink, Microsoft e o Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná (TJPR) apresentaram um caso de sucesso envolvendo a inteligência artificial Copilot. A palestra ocorreu no I Congresso Brasileiro de Inovação em Inteligência Artificial no Judiciário, realizado em Foz do Iguaçu (PR).

Implementada em 2024, a solução beneficia 6.138 colaboradores do TJPR por meio da adoção do Copilot 365 na corte. Em apenas 50 dias, o uso da IA alcançou 76% de uso produtivo para geração de pareceres, relatórios e decisões sobre processos. A redução de tempo de trabalho em atividades rotineiras foi entre 67% e 80%, com criação e uso de Assistentes de IA específicos.

“Observamos que o judiciário brasileiro, percebendo o anseio da sociedade de tornar a justiça mais célere, iniciou uma série de importantes ações com intuito de aumentar a produtividade e a velocidade nos julgamentos.  Uma dessas iniciativas é o uso de inteligência artificial, que funciona como um assessor ultrarrápido disponível por 24 horas todos os dias. Em algumas atividades, tarefas que eram executadas em dias passam a ser executadas em horas, com redução significativa no tempo. A Lanlink vem conseguindo auxiliar Tribunais de Justiça, Tribunais de Contas e demais órgãos do judiciário a implementar o uso dessas tecnologias com sucesso e estamos somente no começo dessa jornada”, complementou Alexandre Mota, Diretor de Vendas para Setor Público na Lanlink.

“Percebemos o interesse e várias iniciativas do Judiciário Brasileiro em IA pela possibilidade de se ampliar a velocidade para a tomada de decisões e, por consequência, dar maior produtividade aos servidores do órgão. A adoção da IA da Microsoft, Copilot 365, no TJPR, é um dos maiores projetos de Adoção e Uso de IA no setor público brasileiro. Sua eficácia demonstra o quanto a aplicação da inteligência artificial traz benefícios quando bem aplicada ao cotidiano do judiciário, ressaltou Jailson Batista, Diretor de Digital Workforce da Lanlink.

O caso de sucesso esteve no painel Lanlink de Boas práticas em Inteligência Artificial, que também contou com apresentações de soluções de outros estados, como Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais e Pará. Durante o evento, Lanlink e Microsoft também promoveram um almoço reservado com alguns participantes do evento para apresentação do portfólio de soluções em informática.

O I Congresso de Inovação em Inteligência Artificial no Judiciário reuniu magistrados, pesquisadores, desenvolvedores de tecnologia, advogados e acadêmicos para discutir as melhores práticas e os desafios éticos e técnicos da implementação da IA no sistema de justiça. O evento teve experiências compartilhadas, exploração de novas soluções e definição sobre os próximos passos para integrar as tecnologias de IA no Judiciário, sempre com o objetivo de fortalecer a justiça e garantir uma prestação jurisdicional mais rápida, eficiente e justa.
