Começa nesta sexta-feira (20) a terceira edição do Festival Costume Gourmet, que acontece no RioMar Fortaleza (Piso L3) até domingo, dia 22. Com o tema “A gastronomia como você nunca viu”, a edição deste ano contará com uma galeria de arte que promete ativar todos os sentidos: visão, audição, tato, olfato e paladar.

 

Promovido pelo Mercadinhos São Luiz e parceiros, o evento tem cunho social, com toda a renda com a venda dos ingressos destinada ao Instituto Povo do Mar (IPOM), ao Instituto do Câncer do Ceará (ICC), e ao Instituto Primeira Infância (Iprede). Os ingressos podem ser adquiridos na bilheteria do evento ou no site (costumegourmet.com.br), com opções de compras individuais ou combo para os três dias, que variam de R$ 12,50 (meia) a R$ 50.

 

O visitante poderá fazer um passeio completo pelos corredores da galeria, com 30 exposições ao todo, além de estandes, mesa redonda e oficinas gastronômicas. Logo na entrada, passará por uma estufa que remete a uma plantação de tomates e pimentões, com toda a ambientação e sonoridade característica deste ambiente. Com uso de fones, vai ouvir dicas sobre como escolher e armazenar frutas e verduras. Na ala dos bovinos e suínos, o visitante poderá apertar alguns botões e terá acesso a conteúdo detalhado sobre cada corte, preparo ideal e dicas de receita. Na ala “Sabores”, terá experiências para conferir de perto as diferenças entre o picante, amargo, azedo, umami, salgado, doce e ácido. Vai poder retirar ovos do galinheiro e pesá-los, para entender a diferença entre os produtos que encontramos nas prateleiras do supermercado. Vai participar de jogo da memória com produtos, e ao final poderá ganhar brindes.
