Cabelo, corpo e spa. Este segmento do setor de beleza é um dos que mais cresce no país, segundo pesquisa do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE). E para atender um público cada vez mais exigente, do atendimento aos serviços, a jovem empresária Isabella Pinheiro, 27 anos, passou de um investimento de R$ 90 mil no Bellas Maison, em Messejana, para R$ 1,5 milhão no Bella Salon & Spa, no coração da Aldeota, em Fortaleza (CE). De sete colaboradores, hoje ela emprega 66. No novo endereço, somente em setembro foram atendidas 2.195 pessoas. E seus planos vão além: já planeja a abertura de lojas para a venda de cosméticos.

Decidida, desde cedo Isabella queria empreender e ter o seu próprio negócio. Apaixonada pelo setor da beleza, o primeiro passo foi dado em 2015, quando abriu o salão Bellas Maison, numa área de 36 metros quadrados. Atenta a todos os detalhes, ela contratou a arquiteta Manuela Moura para fazer o projeto. Inquieta, em plena pandemia da Covid-19, em julho de 2020, enquanto muitos empresários retraíram investimentos e até demitiram, Isabella foi na contramão. Mudou-se para uma área de 420 metros, contratou profissionais e multiplicou por quase 17 vezes o investimento no Bella Salon & Spa, com projeto assinado pelo arquiteto George Matoso.

Seus passos são dados para atender todos os públicos, da melhor forma, e até facilitar a ida ao salão de beleza. O endereço no bairro Aldeota fica localizado ao lado de um supermercado, de uma farmácia e uma academia de ginástica. O estacionamento é coberto e gratuito (térreo e dois subsolos), o que dá segurança e não gera transtornos em dias de chuva. Como o salão conta com um piso superior, além das escadas internas há três elevadores externos para pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. A cordialidade começa logo na recepção e, conforme explica Isabella, os colaboradores são treinados para conhecer as preferências do cliente que saem satisfeitos com os serviços realizados e voltam.

E para manter essa satisfação dos seus clientes, a jovem empresária, formada em Gestão Comercial, promove treinamentos mensais para a sua equipe. “Investimos constantemente em educação e inovação, além de realizarmos eventos e promovermos networking”, detalha. Como diz o ditado popular, o olho do dono é que engorda o gado, Isabella foi em busca de se profissionalizar na área para garantir o controle de qualidade dos serviços no seu salão. Ela conta que possui conhecimento técnico básico de tudo e sempre está se atualizando, tendo como referência a capital São Paulo.

Inclusive, de acordo com uma pesquisa da Mintel, divulgada há um ano, 29% dos homens com idade entre 16 e 34 anos afirmaram que usam base nas unhas e 31% disseram que fazem as unhas em ocasiões especiais. O autocuidado, como se observa, é para todos. Não à toa, os serviços mais procurados no Bella Salon & Spa, pela ordem, são: unha, cabelo e depilação.
