A Casa Baobarte, em Fortaleza, recebe a IX Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo (9ª Semana da Cozinha Italiana no Mundo), evento promovido pelo Governo Italiano em colaboração com a Câmara Italiana de Indústria e Comércio do Rio de Janeiro, Consulado da Itália em Recife, Consulado Honorário da Itália em Fortaleza, Ordine dei Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini di Alba, e Academia Italiana della Cucina Legazione di Fortaleza. A celebração, que ocorre simultaneamente em diversas cidades de mais de 60 países, destaca a riqueza da culinária italiana e os benefícios da dieta mediterrânea, com workshops, networking, menus especiais e produtos autênticos “Made in Italy”.

Na capital cearense o evento acontece pela terceira vez, entre os dias 16 e 22 de novembro, simultaneamente com outras cidades em mais de 60 países no mundo, ressaltando a culinária italiana e os benefícios da dieta mediterrânea, com workshops, network, menus especiais e produtos “Made in Italy”.

Anfitriã da noite do dia 20, quarta-feira, a Casa Baobarte promete uma viagem aos sabores e encantos da Itália com ambiente aconchegante, menu exclusivo assinado pela Chefe Carol Arruda e show musical do maestro Gladson Carvalho.

“Vamos entregar um menu típico italiano com entrada, dois pratos, sobremesa e, claro, um autêntico limoncello artesanal, receita de Nona Enza, que eu tive a honra de aprender e preparar para esse momento super especial,” destaca a Chef Carol Arruda.
