A tradicional Feira Cultural e Gastronômica Brasil-Argentina no Ceará já tem data para ser realizada em 2025: nos próximos dias 17 e 18 de junho nas dependências do Senac Aldeota, em Fortaleza. A unidade do Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial é a mesma que recebeu a primeira edição do evento, em abril do ano passado.
Para os dois dias dessa segunda edição, uma intensa programação foi preparada com conteúdo técnico e discussão sobre uma série de temas, como “reforma tributária: impactos nos setores de alimentos, bebidas e varejo”; “atualizações em importação/exportação e práticas de comércio exterior”; “capacitação em vinhos para empresas”, “intercâmbio cultural para além da gastronomia”, entre outros.
Além disso, serão realizadas capacitações e oficinas práticas com workshop de culinária Brasil–Argentina, inclusive com direito a oficina de empanadas – uma iguaria portenha. A organização do evento prepara ainda uma área expositiva com estandes de produtos típicos, experiências culturais e rodadas de negócios com foco na integração bilateral.
A feira é realizada anualmente pela Câmara de Comércio, Indústria e Turismo Brasil-Argentina no Ceará, entidade sem fins lucrativos fundada pela Federação do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo – Fecomércio Ceará, e Federação das Indústrias do Ceará (FIEC).
“Esse é o principal evento da Câmara no ano e representa a oportunidade de falarmos e demonstrarmos, na prática, o desenvolvimento das relações bilaterais entre o Ceará e a Argentina. O nosso propósito é o de seguir fortalecendo os laços entre o Estado e país vizinho para assim extrairmos mais e mais bons resultados econômicos e culturais dessa relação”, pontua Igor Gonçalves – presidente da Câmara do Comércio, Indústria e Turismo Brasil-Argentina no Ceará.
