Férias em Fortaleza: Caixa Cultural ultrapassa 8 mil visitantes com Exposição Cidadela

Sob a coordenação da artista, cenógrafa e figurinista Maria Helou, a Caixa Cultural de Fortaleza é palco da exposição “Cidadela”. Voltado para o público infantil, o projeto apresenta 15 “casas-corpos” que desafiam a imaginação das crianças ao revelar minimundos únicos em seu interior. Com classificação livre e entrada gratuita, a exposição, que segue aberta à visitação até o dia 7 de janeiro de 2024, já ultrapassou 8 mil visitantes.

 

A Cidadela, concebida como uma fortaleza, proporciona às crianças um território livre para explorar o corpo como espaço de autonomia e identidade, explorando percepção, espacialidade e expressão. O percurso de visitação é cuidadosamente guiado pelos sons da água, do vento, do contato com a terra e pelo crepitar do fogo, oferecendo uma experiência sensorial única.

 

“Normalmente, quando vamos em uma exposição de arte, sempre há uma limitação impedindo a criança de interagir diretamente com as obras. A Cidadela foi pensada principalmente para a altura da criança, o adulto vai descer e enxergar a exposição a partir do ponto de vista das crianças”, destaca a artista.

 

Dentro das 15 casas-corpos, os visitantes descobrem minimundos fascinantes, como se adentrassem um portal para diversos universos. Maria Helou destaca a universalidade da arte na infância, lembrando que todos já brincaram de casinha ou criaram mundos imaginários com bonecos.

 

A exposição permanecerá na CAIXA Cultural Fortaleza, na Praia de Iracema, até 7 de janeiro de 2024. O horário de visitação é de terça a sábado, das 10h às 20h, e domingos e feriados, das 10h às 19h.
