Ovos de codorna são conhecidos entre especialistas por apresentarem uma boa dose do “bom colesterol” e nenhuma do mau colesterol. Dentre outras vantagens, estão o aumento de hemoglobina, ajudando no combate a anemia, melhora na memória, regulação do sistema nervoso e o aumento da capacidade mental. O pequeno ovo pode também melhorar a aparência da pele para aumentar a viçosidade da mesma e fortalecer os cabelos.
