Semana da Empregabilidade IJovem promove inclusão de jovens no mercado de trabalho

O IJovem, organização sem fins lucrativos apoiada pelo Grupo MRH, realiza de 30 de janeiro a 3 de fevereiro a “Semana da Empregabilidade IJovem”. O evento, que tem como objetivo inserir jovens e adolescentes no mercado de trabalho, acontecerá de forma presencial na sede da MRH, no bairro Guararapes, em Fortaleza. Na ocasião, os jovens, entre 16 e 22 anos, estudantes de ensino técnico e superior, passarão por recebimento e triagem de currículos, serão cadastrados no sistema de vagas, e, por fim, serão encaminhados para entrevistas de emprego para cargos de jovem aprendiz e estágio.

 

“Acreditamos que a Semana da Empregabilidade IJovem tem um papel social, dando-lhes a oportunidade de construir um futuro melhor através da sua inserção no mercado de trabalho. Muitas vezes recebemos no evento jovens que ainda estão em busca do seu primeiro emprego e veem na Semana da Empregabilidade uma chance de dar seus primeiros passos para um futuro melhor”, relata Fabiana Paiva, Coordenadora de Serviços e Orientação Pedagógica do Instituto IJovem.
