O Instituto Idear realizou mais uma edição do Chá com Informação, com o tema “A Inteligência Artificial e sua influência no cotidiano”, dentro da programação do projeto Chá Tecnológico e Social Itinerante. A iniciativa reforça o compromisso da instituição em promover o acesso à informação e à educação digital, especialmente para públicos em situação de vulnerabilidade, como as pessoas idosas.
Durante o webinar, foram abordados os impactos da Inteligência Artificial no dia a dia, com destaque para sua presença em diferentes áreas, como saúde, educação e serviços digitais. Além das aplicações práticas, o encontro também trouxe um alerta importante: o uso da tecnologia por criminosos para aplicar golpes cada vez mais sofisticados e espalhar desinformação.
“Do mesmo jeito que a IA pode ser usada para coisas boas, infelizmente, ela pode ser usada para criar informações falsas”, alerta Rafaela Nobre, supervisora pedagógica do projeto. “É preciso ter cuidado porque o período das eleições é um período muito sensível, e vocês podem ver por aí imagens falsas de um político, por exemplo, fazendo promessas falsas ou cometendo um crime, algo que pode influenciar na sua decisão”.
A programação incluiu orientações sobre como identificar fraudes que utilizam recursos de IA, além de dicas de prevenção e segurança digital, com foco na proteção da população idosa. A proposta é ampliar o conhecimento e fortalecer a autonomia desse público diante dos desafios do ambiente digital.
