A CAIXA Cultural Fortaleza inicia, neste sábado, 26 de julho, a 6ª Feira do Cordel Brasileiro. Os músicos Marcelo Di Holanda e Mateus Farias abrem a programação com o espetáculo “Brasilidades”, às 20h, no teatro da CAIXA Cultural. No mesmo espaço, no domingo, às 19h, o público poderá conferir “Nos Passos do Rei Luiz”, com Chambinho do Acordeon. Os ingressos podem ser adquiridos na bilheteria do equipamento cultural até 1h antes dos shows.
Com acesso gratuito, o projeto tem patrocínio da CAIXA e do Governo Federal. O evento vai reunir até o dia 3 de agosto, artistas, poetas, músicos e pesquisadores em torno da literatura de cordel e suas múltiplas expressões. A programação é diversa, com recitais, cantorias, exposição de obras, shows, palestras e oficinas, além da venda de folhetos de cordel, livros, xilogravuras, camisetas e produtos afins. A iniciativa visa promover o encontro entre gerações e linguagens da cultura popular.

Realizada pela AESTROFE – Associação de Escritores, Trovadores e Folheteiros do Estado do Ceará, a 6ª Feira do Cordel Brasileiro terá Solenidade de Abertura na quinta-feira, 31 de julho, às 17h, com a participação do curador do projeto, Klévisson Viana, Tesouro Vivo da Cultura do Ceará, ao lado de Evaristo Geraldo da Silva (CE), coordenador de programação, autoridades e os convidados Adiel Luna (PE), Ilza Bezerra (PI) e Maria Alice Amorim (PE).
A solenidade acontecerá no Terreiro Mestra Josenir Lacerda (CE) / Palco Mestre J. Borges (PE), Pátio Externo da CAIXA Cultural Fortaleza, onde será aberta, na ocasião, a Feira de Cordéis, Livros, Artesanias e Gastronomia, que poderá ser visitada até domingo, 03 de agosto, sempre a partir das 17h.
Entre os convidados desta edição estão os mestres Oliveira de Panelas, Zé Viola, Geraldo Amâncio, Josenir Lacerda, Adiel Luna, Edilene Matos, Rosilene Melo, Bule-Bule e Antônio Nóbrega. A iniciativa visa promover o encontro entre gerações e linguagens da cultura popular. A programação completa pode ser conferida no site da CAIXA Cultural Fortaleza.
