3º Seminário Cultura do Acesso começa nesta terça-feira (18/1) com palestras virtuais e gratuitas

Convidando para a reflexão sobre a acessibilidade na formação artística e no consumo cultural, a Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Ceará (Secult) realiza o 3º Seminário Cultura do Acesso, entre janeiro e março de 2022, com atividades gratuitas e diversas. Nos dias 18, 19, 20, 21 e 24 de janeiro, um ciclo de palestras virtuais abre a programação, abordando temas como acessibilidade estética, atitudinal, comunicacional, estrutural/arquitetônica, produção cultural e cultural def no Ceará. Esta primeira etapa do evento será transmitida através do canal da Secult Ceará no Youtube.

Pesquisas do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) apontam que quase 46 milhões de brasileiros, cerca de 24% da população, declararam ter algum grau de dificuldade em enxergar, ouvir, caminhar, subir degraus ou possuir deficiência intelectual. Destes, aproximadamente 17,3 milhões apresentam grande ou total limitação relacionada às suas funções. Como estas pessoas acessam a cultura? A arte é democrática? O que estamos fazendo para tornar o cenário mais inclusivo?

Iniciado em 2019, o seminário Cultura do Acesso tem como objetivo sensibilizar, alinhar e aproximar o público e profissionais da área da importância e urgência de pensar a Acessibilidade como parte fundamental do nosso cotidiano. Dessa forma, cria-se mais um espaço para fomentar o debate acerca da cultura de acessibilidade e o acesso à produção cultural local.

O 3º Seminário Cultura do Acesso faz parte do programa de formação modular Percursos (In)Formativos, agenda da Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Ceará (Secult), através da Coordenadoria de Artes e Cidadania Cultural e do GT de Acessibilidade Cultural.

“A realização dessas atividades vem dar concretude às políticas de formação em artes e políticas afirmativas promovidas pela SECULT nesta gestão, atendendo demandas  de formação do  público interno formado por servidores, gestore(a)s de equipamentos culturais, e externos como conselheiro(a)s de cultura, dirigentes municipais, movimentos sociais e agentes culturais das diversas linguagens”, analisa Valéria Cordeiro, coordenadora de Artes e Cidadania Cultura.
