Pelo sexto ano consecutivo, a Unifametro recebe um grupo de esteticistas e dermopigmentadoras para realização do projeto Amigos do Peito – CE, que consiste em restaurar a autoestima de mulheres mastectomizadas a partir da reconstrução da aréola mamária. A nova edição do projeto, que utiliza a técnica da micropigmentação para redesenhar a aréola, será realizada na tarde do dia 24 de outubro, no laboratório de Estética Facial da Unifametro, e deve beneficiar cerca de vinte mulheres de instituições de apoio ao câncer de mama no Ceará.
As primeiras dez inscritas serão atendidas durante o mutirão de atendimentos e as demais já terão seu agendamento garantido. A campanha conta com o auxílio de oito esteticista e dermopigmentadoras voluntárias e é coordenada pelas professoras Gisele de Paulo e Carine Amorim. Até agora, 80 mulheres já passaram pelo procedimento no Estado através do projeto.
Para participar do projeto, é necessário que a paciente tenha recebido alta médica após a mastectomia e a reconstrução mamária. As inscrições podem ser feitas através do Sindsaúde, através dos números (85) 3255-4551 e (85) 99826-3138.
