A Sodiê comemora 26 anos em setembro com muita festa e prêmios. A história da marca, que tem à frente a empresária Cleusa Maria da Silva, é um dos exemplos de desafio, superação e empoderamento feminino. A maior franquia especializada em bolos artesanais do país, começou em um imóvel de 20m² em Salto e hoje reúne mais de 360 unidades no Brasil e duas no exterior.

Para comemorar essa data, de 1º a 30 de setembro, acontece a promoção ‘Aniversário dos Sonhos Sodiê’. São 60 mil reais distribuídos em 20 vouchers diários de 100 reais e o grande prêmio final, um Pulse zero quilômetro.

Compras a partir de 80 reais já dão direito a concorrer. Esse sabor foi o primeiro bolo criado pela Cleusa, a partir das sobras das barras de chocolate que sobravam dos outros bolos que já eram feitos na Sodiê. “A barra de chocolate quebrava e não dava para raspar mais, chegava a machucar as mãos. Tentei até fazer novas barras, mas na época não tinha conhecimento da temperagem do chocolate, então não deu certo. Me vi com muita matéria-prima acumulada e tive a ideia de derreter as sobras e criei os recheios do Bolo Aerado”, explica Cleusa.

A Sodiê Doces, é uma franquia 100% brasileira, sendo a maior especializada em bolos artesanais. A rede dispõe hoje de mais de 80 sabores diferentes de bolos, além dos 12 da linha Zero Açúcar, das receitas caseiras e da versão vegana, além de docinhos (belgas, finos, tradicionais e bombom), balas de coco (com e sem cobertura), tortas açucaradas, carta exclusiva de cafés e uma linha exclusiva de salgados, fritos e assados.
