RioMar Fortaleza celebra dez anos com show especial “Ciro Santos Convida Humor na Praça”

Em comemoração a uma década de atividades, o RioMar Fortaleza preparou um evento especial para os fortalezenses. Neste sábado, dia 30 de novembro, às 18h30, a Praça de Alimentação recebe o espetáculo “Humor na Praça – Especial de 10 Anos”, comandado pelo humorista Ciro Santos. O show contará com uma seleção de comediantes renomados, como Nany People, Rossicléa, Titela, Aurineide Camurupim, Aluísio Jr, Anderson Justus, Moisés Loureiro, Deydianne Piaf, Mateus Cidrão, Marmotinha, Froxilda Fofolete, Chaplin Ice Rick Mágico, e Filomena, Chiquinha e Gepeto, representando a Comunidade Dinah Moraes.

Em outubro, o shopping já havia promovido uma apresentação de sucesso com “Silvero interpreta Belchior”, levando centenas de pessoas à Praça de Alimentação para prestigiar uma performance vibrante e emocionante.

Campanha “O melhor lugar é te encontrar”

Celebrando 10 anos, o RioMar Fortaleza também lançou a campanha institucional: “O melhor lugar é te encontrar”. A iniciativa destaca a ligação entre o shopping e os fortalezenses, refletindo as experiências e memórias construídas ao longo dessa trajetória.

Criada pela equipe de Marketing do shopping e executada pela agência EBMQUINTTO, a campanha conta com produção audiovisual do Criativo Gato Preto e fotografia de Igor de Melo. A estratégia de divulgação abrange plataformas digitais, ações físicas e experiências de hospitalidade com clientes e lojistas. “A proposta da campanha é mostrar a presença do shopping na vida dos cearenses, revelando que, em uma década, ele se tornou parte do cotidiano de muitos como um espaço de encontros e experiências”, revela Michele Ribeiro, gerente de marketing. 

RioMar Fortaleza – 10 anos

Inaugurado em 29 de outubro de 2014, o RioMar Fortaleza consolidou-se como um empreendimento arrojado e que modificou seu entorno, oferecendo um mix completo com lojas de diversos segmentos e exclusivas na cidade, unindo serviços diferenciados, entretenimento e hospitalidade. Com uma área de lojas de 93 mil metros quadrados e um total de 320 mil metros quadrados de área construída, o shopping abriga atualmente cerca de 400 operações distribuídas em três pisos, inclusive com academia, clínicas de saúde, imagem e bem-estar, além de serviços para o cidadão, como lotéricas, bancos, Detran, Vapt Vupt e Ministério do Trabalho, garantindo praticidade no dia a dia dos clientes. Há também mais de 40 opções de gastronomia distribuídas entre o Espaço Gourmet (Piso L1), o Boulevard de Restaurantes (Piso L3) e a Praça de Alimentação, que conta com mais de 2 mil lugares. No Espaço Gourmet, destacam-se restaurantes como Camarada Camarão, Paris 6, Soho, Tio Armênio, Outback e Cabaña Del Primo.

O projeto arquitetônico do RioMar Fortaleza foi pensado com premissas socioambientais que reduzem o consumo de energia em 35% e o uso de água em 70%. A gestão de resíduos é realizada por meio das Centrais de Resíduos, que não apenas asseguram a destinação adequada dos materiais recicláveis, mas também geram emprego e renda para 14 famílias da comunidade local. Os próprios recicladores administram esses espaços e a receita obtida com a venda dos materiais reciclados. Além disso, o shopping realiza compostagem com resíduos orgânicos de restaurantes e operações de varejo, como supermercados. As sobras de alimentos são armazenadas e enviadas a uma usina que transforma o material em adubo. Em 2023, o RioMar Fortaleza processou 163 mil kg de orgânicos.

Para dialogar com a comunidade, o empreendimento conta uma unidade do Instituto João Carlos Paes Mendonça de Compromisso Social (IJCPM), que atende jovens de 14 a 24 anos, em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Desde 2012, antes da inauguração do empreendimento, quando o Instituto foi fundado em Fortaleza, já foram atendidas mais de 24 mil pessoas, com ações focadas em elevação de escolaridade, empregabilidade, inclusão e diversidade, formação cidadã, mundo digital, entre outras.
