Evento segue até domingo (14) no estacionamento do Shopping RioMar Fortaleza

O Festival Costume Saudável e Costume Gourmet de 2025 começou nesta sexta-feira (12), no estacionamento do Shopping RioMar Fortaleza, com uma programação ampla voltada para diferentes públicos. Entre palestras, aulas-show, oficinas práticas e apresentações musicais, os visitantes tiveram acesso a experiências voltadas para saúde, bem-estar e gastronomia.

A abertura oficial aconteceu com a presença do presidente do Grupo São Luiz, Fernando Ramalho, do sócio-conselheiro, Severino Ramalho Neto, e da diretora de marketing Ana Luiza Ramalho. Em sua fala, Fernando agradeceu ao público e aos fornecedores, além de ressaltar o papel social do evento, que tem toda a  bilheteria doada para o Instituto Povo do Mar (IPOM), Instituto do Câncer do Ceará (ICC) e Instituto Primeira Infância (Iprede).

“Este é um momento especial em que nos reunimos para celebrar saúde, bem-estar e gastronomia em um só lugar, por isso somos gratos ao nosso público, aos patrocinadores e parceiros que acreditam nesse projeto e caminham junto conosco. Mais do que um ponto de encontro, aqui também temos a oportunidade de contribuir com três instituições que transformam vidas. Esse compromisso social é parte essencial do nosso propósito e nos enche de orgulho”, destacou.

Em seguida, o treinador Fred Felizardo movimentou o evento com o aulão “Quem Treina Tem Poder, vem pro play e mude o jogo”. O Palco 360 também recebeu a palestra “Hidratação nos esportes de endurance”, com o nutricionista Valden Capistrano, seguida da fala da nutricionista e criadora de conteúdo Larah Nóbrega sobre métodos de emagrecimento. Ainda no palco, a cosmetóloga Cristiane Dios Cechetto apresentou o tema “Beleza Integral: como construir uma relação mais consciente com a beleza e o bem-estar”. O palco recebeu também a Super Banda, que trouxe ao festival a mistura de ritmos, do pagode ao rock.

No Palco Gourmet, a programação contou com a cozinheira Marina Araújo, que apresentou uma receita de cocada de camarão, com foco na cozinha afroancestral. Já o chef Edil Costa envolveu o público com uma receita regional, preparando um risoto de galinha caipira. O dia se encerrou com os chefs Elcio Nagano e Bia Nagano, que apresentaram o salmão tataki.

Trazendo também o movimento característico do Festival, a Academia reuniu  prática de atividades físicas, entre elas uma aula de Fitdance com Luiz Fabiano, da Greenlife, seguida de um treino de Funcional Power com a influencer Bia Maia e o professor Rômulo Gomes. Às 20h, o destaque foi a prática de Yoga, conduzida pela professora Flora Paiva, do Vidya Studio.

 

Talks

O festival contou também com o Espaço Pulse, trazendo talks com diversos especialistas. Entre os nomes que compartilharam conhecimento com o público estiveram a fisioterapeuta Geisele Cavalcante e a fisioterapeuta Marília Nunes com o tema assoalho pélvico. Na sequência, Kássia Sales e Érica Afonso discutiram práticas para prevenir ansiedade e depressão no trabalho. O tema do lipedema foi tratado pela fisioterapeuta Talita Bessa, e a noite encerrou com um painel sobre tecnologias aplicadas a resultados esportivos, com a empresária Tatianne Teófilo, do Grupo Avance, e a nutróloga Dra. Ileana Moraes.

O Festival realizou também atividades no Espaço Clube Adega, com a presença de sommeliers, exposição de marcas inovadoras e experiências lúdicas no Espaço Corridinha.

A programação segue no sábado e no domingo, com destaque para a presença da chef Dayse Paparoto, vencedora da primeira temporada do MasterChef Profissionais e reconhecida pelo Guia Michelin 2024-2025, que subirá ao palco no dia 14 para preparar uma receita para o público.

Ingressos

Para ter acesso à programação, o ingresso único está no valor de R$ 70,00 e a meia entrada de R$ 35,00. Os ingressos estão disponíveis no site www.costumesaudavel.com.br, e toda a renda com a bilheteria será doada para o Instituto Povo do Mar (IPOM), Instituto do Câncer do Ceará (ICC) e Instituto Primeira Infância (Iprede).
