Prefeitura de Fortaleza abre exposição coletiva inédita como parte das comemorações de aniversário de 297 anos da cidade
A Prefeitura de Fortaleza promove, a partir desta terça-feira (11/04), a exposição “Mosaico das Fortalezas”, com 40 obras de 18 artistas expostas na Galeria PI, na Praia de Iracema.
As obras foram selecionadas por meio do Edital Painéis artísticos nas Escolas, realizado em abril de 2022. Os trabalhos escolhidos foram reproduzidos em azulejos de cerâmica em murais artísticos de prédios da rede pública de ensino. A iniciativa faz parte das comemorações do aniversário de 297 anos de Fortaleza e é uma realização do Gabinete da vice-prefeitura, da Secretaria de Cultura de Fortaleza e da Secretaria Municipal de Educação.
A exposição “Mosaico das Fortalezas” traz o resultado dessa seleção que apresenta uma nova geração de muralistas da cidade: Raianny Queiroz, Amanda Nunes, Sandra Montenegro, Faso, Simone Barreto, Pedro Parente, Tanilo, Thatyane Vitória, Franklin Stein, Rock Lima, Alice Dote, Carlos Jardel, Benny Frota, Pirata Hemfil, Vitória Vasconcelos, Samuel Tomé, Sérgio Helle e Daniel Chastinet. Na mostra, o visitante irá conhecer esses trabalhos reproduzidos em “miniaturas” de azulejos de cerâmica, de 57cmx57cm.
“Mosaico é uma arte decorativa milenar que reúne pequenas peças de diversas cores para formar uma grande figura. Temos um recorte de artistas diversos que falam, através de seus trabalhos, da nossa cidade. Por isso, o conjunto é um mosaico das muitas cidades que habitam em Fortaleza. Além de ocuparem os muros das escolas, agora, as obras poderão ser vistas juntas nesta exposição. Como Cidade Criativa do Design, temos sempre que estimular a produção de capital cultural de Fortaleza” , explica o vice-prefeito de Fortaleza, Élcio Batista.
